UKGPL Season 14 Division 1 | Division 1 is intended for the most talented drivers in the league who don't have the time to learn new add-on circuits and would like to retain the option of a Shift-R should it be necessary. The final positions will be determined after each driver has discarded their worst two results.

Overview:
Drivers have a free choice of chassis but must complete the designated pit stop(s) for that chassis. Pit stop details will be provided as part of the race announcements. The durations of the pit stops are based on the published world record times and configured to equalize the relative performance of each chassis over the race duration of 50 minutes.
The intermediate damage model will be used. Unlimited Shift-R is allowed in the race. No Shift-Rs are allowed in practice unless authorized by the moderator. No-fault Shift-Rs will not attract a Stop & Go penalty. All other Shift-Rs must be followed by a Stop & Go in the pits within 2 laps or a penalty will be applied to the results after the race (see the Sporting Rules for details). A Shift-R for tyres/fuel is allowed and, if performed in the pit lane, will not attract an additional Stop & Go penalty. |
