What about the 250GTO? Would be another nice addition.
I'm not at home at the moment and I don't have access to some simracing pages like
nogrip and others from the office, so I can't check this.
But as far as I know the 250GTO hasn't been released for P&G yet - only for GTL2GTR2.
That's a real shame.
Looking forward to this one.
Yes Special, 250 GTO is not part of the P&G 2.1, and it will be released with the v3.0.
In my first test, I tried in this order these cars to have an idea of their laptimes in race trim, and how they're close to each other:
275 GTB/C => 2.02.0
250 Berlinetta => 2.09.0
250 Competizione => 2.07.0
E-Type Coupè 4spd => 2.05.0
E-Type Lightweight => 2.02.0
I will have to try again both the 250 to go down a bit, but their respective pace is really far by the 275 GTB/C and Lightweight 5spd. My idea is that 275 and Jag 5spd have nothing to do in this group, cause it will be really difficult to compete agains these beast for a 250 or Jag Coupè 4 spd. Evenmore, I guess it would be better to introduce the 250 Competizione in this group of cars, cause it's surely more balanced with the Jag Coupè 4spd, than the 250 Berlinetta.
I believe that 2 better balanced groups of cars could be these:
1) Ferrari 250 Berlinetta/Competizione - Jag Coupè/Roadster 4 spd
2) Ferrari 275 GTB/C - Shelby GT 350 SCCA/CASC - Jag Lightweight 5 spd - and maybe Shelby 289 Roadster (even if it's slightly faster than the rest of the field).
5 or 7 seconds gap in race pace is too much to be replaced only with a good driving... do you agree with me Clive?
However, take it only as a suggestion, cause any decision you will take, it would be fine for me... I always based my choice on the other drivers which usually are on my pace, so...
