If this is a problem you've been having try this and see if it's fixed.

Download this http://www.gamefront.com/files/21474224/hosts and keep the file "Hosts" somewhere safe.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc and rename the file Hosts to Hosts.saf

Copy the downloaded file into this folder.

Start GTL and go online. Get to the online setup folders and find the Portland folder. I have put a file in there called "Can u c me?"

If you find it your sorted.
