Not seen this version of Adelaide before.

Racing could be quite intense!!

I take it that everyone else has big black patches on the track surface?

We used this once in one of Legzy's GTR2 races and it worked quite well with the slower GT cars
The track has black patches, was never sure if they were meant to be repaired tarmac
or a graphics glitch...

The normal Adelaide street track will be one of the forthcoming tracks, this is Adelaide International Raceway
it's an oval with an infield section.

I've gone for the IR 2005 on the basis that it isn't short and isn't an oval.

Can't check online because the server is doing something else.

It's the one I have created a download link for, and Tony has kindly put up on the server (thanks for that)
My original description that I had was Adelaide IR 2005 Long, but the one that is up looks correct to me.

I sure hope I can make it tonight, it's been a  while since I raced :-((. Did a few laps in both cars yesterday,  and I am definately going to use the Jag.

It's the one I have created a download link for, [...]

Yes, of course, i just wasn't sure of the right one as there no longer is a "Long" one. Ok for "IR 2005", so...

Still didn't practice, by the way !  Undecided

Well I am about 1/2 sec faster in the 275, though most people have in the past been faster in the lightweight jag
so this time it's 4 speed lightweight only, and the "normal" coupe and roadster of course.

Oh, and I was reminded of a funny at this track
turn left out of your pit stall even though the guy says right, get out quickly and watch
one of your pit crew run like a maniac carrying a tyre up the track and through the pit wall  lol

Results and Replay Posted

Good race got mugged at the start, and then chased Clive for a few before falling off
and then having the rest of the race chasing then passing MJ when he fell off, then
trying to catch Clive before the end, but ran out of laps. Great race anyways
you should have come along chaps who missed it, was good stuff  Cool

good race track that, simple layout yet quite challenging and easy to fall off if you get it wrong.

Qualied 4th, finished 4th  Smiley  Had a race long battle with Matt, with us both swapping places a few times due to a couple of slight errors that cost 3-4 secs, but it kept up the interest level until the end, always having another car 2-4 secs in front or behind.

Congrats to the Jag boys in 1st and 2nd  Cool
