For all those who are loving the ffb sensations in PnG V3, did you know that you can have a taste of this in GTL?

First of all, make a backup of your GTL plr and put it on your desktop in case you want to revert back.

Open your PnG plr and copy the relevant bits of your PnG plr file (begin from the ffb section and copy everything to the bottom of the page).

Now open your GTL plr and replace the ffb section with the PnG ffb (delete the GTL ffb and paste in PnG ffb).

Close and save.

Run the game and feel that force  Smiley

Made GTL much smoother for me compared with my old (and considerably modified) ffb.

Should be no danger of mismatches as it's effectively just a tweak to the ffb values.

It occurred to me that I might unintentionally be infringing on PnG user agreements with this or at least community etiquette, so I contacted a member of the GTLW team just to be sure. Glad to say I received a quick and reassuring reply....

I spoked with others in the team and, as it's not "P&G content per se", noone is opposing to it (it was probably bound to happen, and that someone would eventually try it in GTL).
Would be nice to credit our team for them though, as those FFB settings had quite a long time of experimentation and testing.

Cheers!

Goes without saying that credit is indeed extended to the team at GTLW for this work. Thank you chaps thumbup2

No effect on online matching. I been doing this since P&G2 and also use the P&G settings with "normal" GTR2 stuff.
