HELP SMRZ log in

trying every which way to recover my password from SMRZ , easier to get into fort knox , whats the score with this completely unuserfriendly site ?

I try to log in , says user name / password incorrect 

try to join with new account , says my email address already in use 

try to recover user name p/w says

An email containing further activation instructions has been sent. This email should be received within the next 10 minutes (usually instantly).

tried this till blue in face but never receive there mail  :'(

for crying out loud what does a man have to do , found a page for complaining about being unable to log in  issues , guess what ?

cant use the stupid thing to complain because we cant log in  :'( :'( :'(

complete waste of space,.sick to death , wouldn't mind so much if I hadnt susbscribed to there account on several occasions over the past years !

somebody please shoot me and put me out of my misery , or maybe copy and past this as a topic on SMRZ (assuming anyone else on the planet can get logged in there )

Wich Browser are you using Bernie? Firefox?

Do you let the browser remember the password?

For Firefox go to settings-> security and look for the pw  

Maybe your mail provider puts the SRMZ answer into spam?

Just got home,  checked me E mail ,  there is a reply from SRMZ with re set instructions for log in details from Ginnetto

there's hope for us all yet 

Thanks Axel but I never store p/w on my PC for security reasons , only in my head or on bits of paper ( which I frequently forget or lose ) this is never a problem usually as it only takes a couple of mouse clicks to get the pw re set . not so with SMRZ unfortunately
