SROUK proudly presents a series of weekly fun races using a variety of track/car combos in Assetto Corsa early access. There will be no moderation of events or official posting of results but drivers are of course encouraged to uphold our usual standards of excellent driving to ensure maximum enjoyment for all.

Have fun  Smiley

Nice choice  Smiley funny enough I watched a vid of these cars at the nordschleiffe over on no grip the other day and the car looked brutal fun.

Not that i'm cautious or anything but is there any 'providence' to this mod or is it something a 9-year old knocked up with dodgy car physics? Or somthing like that Tongue angel

It's a fun car to drive and it seems to be in the ballpark of what you'd expect physics wise, but I've not had time to properly compare it with my Zakka in the garage  Wink angel

Have I ever chosen a duff car for you fellas (rhetorical question)?  laugh

I thought the Ginetta cup series mod looks worth a punt too, could make a good one make series or be good competition for some of the Lotus cars.

It was either the Zak or Ginetta for this week. Like the Zak, I believe the Ginetta still needs to be optimised but agree would be a strong contender for a series once this is done. We'll try it after the holidays  Smiley

I think slow is the key word here. I've had 4 minis including a couple of 1275GTs and even my '67 850 seemed quicker than this  Undecided Not sure why they chose to create this particular model when they could have chosen a racing Cooper  Roll Eyes

Talking of Leyland, a beta version of their racing Jag has just been released. Had a quick drive earlier and it's not bad.

2:09 for me so far in the Escort with 30L fuel and med slicks. Car moves about nicely and I liked having to correct steering mid corners when it gets lairy Smiley

Hi guys, hoping to make this race for my second race as my continental shift pattern has finally come round to be free on Wed again.

Hope i make less of a fool this time, lets just say my nickname is just a little tongue in cheek Grin . Looking at the 2.09 i might be way back, still trying to break the 2.12's  Embarrassed
