Season 28 - Amateurs Trophy

Please check the Season 28 details regarding rules and the Amateurs Trophy pages in particular. As 2015 marks 50 years since these 1.5 litre engine cars were used in anger we are going to run the 1965 season in its original format.

This season, races are to be run at 60 frames per second – please use this patch 60fpsV2newmod . Drivers must complete 50% of each race to score.

Only ONE reset per race will be allowed followed by a compulsory Stop & Go in the pit-lane, within 2 laps.

The races will be run as follows:

Car set: 65 F1 only
Date: Every second Tuesday from 10th March 2014
Time: no later then 9:00pm UK Time (30-60 mins practice, race starts at 9:30pm)
Race Length: 45 minutes
Damage Model:  Intermediate
Server: TBA
Race List: IGOR

The provisional calendar may be changed at the discretion of the Divisional Moderator.
 
Handicapping
No handicaps will apply. At the moderators discretion a chassis handicap may be applied for drivers who are “Pro” standard.

Every time I tried to connect to the server I got the message "10013 error detected on network device". I'm running GEM+2 2.5.0.32, IGOR 1.1.0.14, 65 patch 2.02, 60fps v2 newmod, enjoy Absolut vodka and use a Thrustmaster Ferrari GT steering wheel! Help for Monaco required.

Hmm, not sure if that is something to do with the firewall.  What OS are you running?

I'll try and set up a practice server tomorrow night so you can test out your connection.  Will you be able to make 9:00pm?
