I've been asked to run the new Spa 67' track for the Pro race. No problem with that.
Whilst Spa 67 looks wonderful it took out half the field in last seasons Amateurs race - so the Ams will run Old Spa & the Pros will run the new version.

Hola everyone!

I would like to join the 65 professionals trophy and see if i can give some competition, if not i ll move to the amateur's. Is that possible?

Im a bit lost. Is this the way i should register to the 29 season for the 65s or do i need to do something before? I hope i can race today Oct 6th.

I also would like to register for the Friday's F2s.

Thanks and Greetings from Mexico City!

Hi Carlos, welcome to UKGPL. I think you are our first ever driver from Mexico. You are registeted for the 1965 Professionals. No hurrry, first race is not until next Tuesday, the 1r3th. Try out at Spa but let me know if you feel you should drop down to the Amateurs.

I'd like to register for the pro65's too. I will miss the first few races until groundhog season ends mid nov.

Cheers,

Carlos C is well known to me through assorted races with the ADC and I can give him two things here.

A hearty welcome & assurance to the UKGPL that he is a stand-up pilot most worthy.  He'll do just fine.  Smiley

Belated welcome to Carlos and Roo, looking forward to see you at the track! I know both well from Groundhog Weekly. Smiley

I see Carlos has registered now for Amateurs. To me he should be eligible for Pro's as well, especially since he's a very safe solid driver. He might be the fastest at Amateurs as well, not sure, but surely among the fastest...

With all due respect, but Carlos would perform around guys like Norm, Doni and David I expect...

Quite so, Robert.  As for performance potential, Carlos and I have had assorted punch-ups over at the ADC across a number of mods.  Good, fair racing.

I think you are our first ever driver from Mexico.

It's lucky for us, that he's not as good as this guy. Smiley

You know that some people are different
Now ain't that a crying shame
Now wouldn't it be a real drag if we were all the same
