I would just reinstall the track Tristan. Remove the track from your 67SEASON file and just reinstall it.

Myself having all sorts of problems (since on the newer sytem), especially with mods, now added by a stuck in 15FPS problem since yesterday. Have reinstalled GPL and 65 mod again. Fingers crossed.

What has changed from End of July until now ?

When racing in my Munich Residence, i always get disco.
Always in race, never with gplracer where i race parallel the same days before.

When I race UKGPL from my other residence, i have no disco as well. (last sunday)
It didnt happen until the end of regular s28. Has anyone an idea ?

btw, nice duell with andreas until it happened again....

thx for racing anyway....

My DSL dropped out not long after Bastian left.  Lucky I had only seen the event about 10mins before the off;    at least I hadn't wasted time practicing!

Now to check out that no letterbox thing...

Cheers all.
Dave.

It was a good test session for me. I had reinstalled GPL on my SSD to try to help FPS. I had a scare when I couldn't join because the server could not find the 65 mod. I just needed to correct the setting in GEM. My FPS were 30 at the very beginning, but after that they only dropped to 50 on the start finish straight.

Also, I'm sure any practice that I can get will help me out next season in the Cooper.  Smiley

Had to rejoin twice in order to get rid of the 15FPS gremlin...still no solution...maybe it's a track issue? After last rejoin didn't hit the track, and when the server transitioned I was lucky to have 60FPS...seems at random when transitioning, and when rejoining session from car setup to track...

Had reinstalled GPL and 65 mod, didn't help. The hickups weren't that bad, but sometimes at the wrong time/place.

Race wasn't too bad, but couldn't hang on to Axel, couldn't afford making mistakes which I did anyway...since hardly having touched the wheel lately, this was a good test...now hoping the other issues can be solved...

Net was down yesterday, else I would have joined in, would have been a good chance to test the BT7 Smiley. Instead I tested the No Letterbox patch at Marlboro.

Basti - what are your PC specs for each location? GPLracer is 36 fps yes? Perhaps 60 fps is too much for your Munich PC, leading to an increased risk of disco? That's the only thing I can think of, for only that combination to disconnect of the 4 (Munich or other location, 36 fps GPLracer or 60 fps UKGPL).

mhh you're right there is the fps difference.

an argument against is that we raced the whole season on S28 (also in munich) with 60 FPS where I didn't have the problem.
the laptop is approx. 3 years old but still running good. didn't have issues on EOLC (60 FPS) as well.

maybe we can find out the issue. thinking about reinstalling GEM, Igor and maybe GPL ?

Uff, that may take some time.

Yeah, that was a good one. Was very surprised when your car fade away around Eau Rouge.

Congratulations to the 2 Top-Drivers and to all Finishers!
