Re-installing GPL

Hello

After a big problem with Windows, I have to reinstall GPL.

I use Easy Installation Guide v1.5 from srmz site.

But I cannot install  GPLSECRETS, GEM+ and Igor, because the link to http://gem.ebi-service.de/ is not working anymore.

Is there another up-to-date link for GPLsecrets ?
