Clive - The system has its hiccup at 2604 seconds and swops our positions around. Neither of us passed each other so.......

Tony - please put Clive up to P8 and me down to P9.

I think there are other anomalies afoot, namely that Ziu I believe lapped me twice yet I was required to complete lap 25 to finish instead of finishing on lap 24, but I'm not looking for any other changes so am happy to leave it there.

Clive - the stats show your lap 20 was 4+ minutes, which it obviously wasn't (unless you went for a Ziu-style pitstop) which is where the swop took place.

This is similar to the system adding 40 seconds to my second lap at Silverstone in May and placing me third on paper, even though I was running in last place.

Really struggling to find any time to practice at all at the moment so going into races totally unprepared. I've stuck with the D1 car up to now as although I'm hopelessly outclassed in it but it's been a bit of fun working through the faster of the D2 cars after the pitstop. I'm going to move to the D2 cars for the next few races to see if I can find a sparing partner for the whole race. It's a shame but it seems these always result in 2 separate races and I think it would have been a much better series if just 1 of the divisions had been included instead of both.

Anyway...
Qualified in 5th, Finished in 5th. Tried to hang onto Tony for as long as I could but a few mistakes meant I was pretty much running on my own until the pitstop. Spent the 2nd half of the race picking my way through the D2 cars and finally coming home back where I started.
