Moderator's Report

A reminder that lights should only be used by the class leader(s) during daytime in dry conditions.

Drivers driving with their lights on needlessly are a distraction for other drivers because
- It makes it harder to spot their brake lights.
- It lowers people's frame rates.
- It distracts other drivers who may think they are about to be lapped by a leading car.

Server replay time: 655s

RS runs wide exiting the hairpin and loses some speed on the exit. James who is following behind closes right up, but gets caught out by the slower speed of the recovering RS and rear ends him as they brake for Wurth.
It is adviseable to leave some space when the car in front is recovering and offline.

Server replay time: 980s

Aagramn, RS and Shark are running together and as Aagramn brakes for the hairpin RS nudges the rear of Aagramn's car slightly. They both lose some speed as they recover and this allows Shark to get a good run down the inside to challenge RS into Wurth.

Server replay time: 991s

RS is still right behind Aagramn as they brake for Wurth. Shark has got a good run up the inside and outbrakes RS, who again contacts the rear of Aagramn's car under braking, resulting in both of them going off into the gravel while Shark sails through to take the two places.
Rs was driving very close to the car in front and did not leave enough margin for error in either corner, resulting in the contacts.

Server replay time: 2063s

Claus is slipstreaming Ruskus down the front straight and moves to the inside line getting adequately alongside Ruskus to have a try at overtaking.
Ruskus stays to the outside, leaving room on the inside for Claus.
However Claus is late on the brakes and locks up and slides wide into the side of Ruskus, knocking him out of the way and claiming the lead, which he maintained until the end of the race.

Server replay time: 2115s

Baracus and Jan Duijs are having a drag down the front straight. Enzo who is slipsteaming both of them, doesn't take into account his extra speed from the tow, gets his braking all wrong and rear ends Jan sending him into a spin.
Enzo did the gentlemanly thing and waited for Jan to rejoin, and Jan has requested that in return no penalty be given.

  • Enzo (Enzo Amico)penalty — rear end shunt — 2 places lost
For advice only - unreported by victim, so penalty disregarded

Balls, totally gutted. Dont know whats wrong but as soon as Mo joined the game, my screen just kept flashing the 'Loading Mo' sign continuously in front of me. Tried several restarts including full power down, joined other lobbies no problem, even changed game profiles but the same problem every time i rejoined our race. I could get out on track without the flashes but then had no engine sound, but could hear all other sounds. It was impossible to race like that.  :'(

I've always been a bit off the pace at Barce, and don't think the M3 is best suited to it either, a combination which left me right at the back of the grid. Nevertheless, was having an enjoyable race, just about managing to stay in touch with the cars ahead of me. Unfortunately I got bumped off, and by the time I extracted myself from the gravel was 10 seconds behind, and decided there was little point in continuing.

bit of an off race for me aswel!

i swore i had a setup for this track but i could not find it so i was makin a setup as quick as i could in qually which left me down the back end of the field!
was havin great fights climbing thro the field!
me and my team M8 got caught behind jan for a bit, teamie got thro and i did a lap or so later only to spin at the next bend doh!  had to let the hole field thro!

a few laps later i see my same teamie in front of me again! (he must of had a spin too)  and were again chasing down jan in his porka!

unfortunatly near then end of the race, teamie made a move on jan down to T1
jan must of broke early i think as i brake in normal spot and i was a good 4-5 car lenghts back but i could not slow down enough and just tapped jan in the boot!  My apologies jan!  I waited for jan to go before i went!

me and jan had another little battle and again when i got past, the next corner i spun!

jan was my grim reaper this evening! so i then called it a nite!

No worries Mo, i have no idea what the problem was either. It didnt matter what car i tried it did the same thing each time i joined the race. In the end i decided to just try and do one lap with no sound to see if it would right itself. I got half way around and saw your ghosted car there which i overtook then escaped to my garage. As soon as 'next session' came up for the race proper, the sound came back to me. You were Excorcised !!  Smiley

Race start was a bit of a nightmare as i was so freaked out by numerous pc and game restarts, ruining any rhythm. My sound sync was still out and i kept getting bursts of sounds which was really disorientating when another car (like Sharks TVR) got near me and i down shifted too far twice resulting in spins as i couldnt grasp the engine notes properly.
A real shame as i had really good pace in the F360 (my first time racing with it angel) and my setup felt great. I got myself upto 11th after about 10 mins and was closing on Jan before my gear-spin Sad, dropped right to the back again, but then re-fought my way back upto 9th in the end and closed a 9 second deficit on Baracus with only a few laps remaining...then i got low fuel warning Roll Eyes I then had to short shift for the last 3 laps just to get it home and thus ended any chance of harassing Baracus into a mistake or getting past.
Still enjoyed myself and had a good race despite all the problems. Think i could have had my highest sprint finish this season if not for the chaos. Undecided

Well done to the podium guys and well done TT who has been our shining star for the Legends. Cool

Same old problem for me with qual, running 1:41.8s offline and could hardly make the 1:42s online, something to work on for next season Smiley

Great race though, lost a place to Jon at the start and just couldnt get back at him, got close a few times but he drove an outstanding race all the way, congrats to Ruskus and team Shark Smiley

Excellent race there tonight with Leuven for the first half whistling..unfortunate we touched at that slow left hander,  cheers for waiting m8.  Rejoined behind TT who was lapping at around the same pace as me.

As the laps went on i closed right up on TTs bumper  ninja, but just couldnt do enough to try anything.  no  In the end i had to settle for 7 as TT drove well.

Congrats to CJ and Ruskus.

Cheers Mark.

Yea, Stnasky, in any other car you could pass, but M3 had enough power to be able to go slow through the bend, then power off. I knew you could only pass on my mistake so I was extra carefull. Good job you made with being fair and patient. Enjoyed racin with ya!  Grin

Once again, we do not discuss blame for incidents in public. Removing the name does not absolve you from this requirement!

If you are upset about it report it properly. These forums will not become a vigilante court.
