Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 383s

Darren takes it easy under braking at the end of the back straight because he has SbG on his inside. Madd misses his braking point and rear ends him, with Madd coming off substantially worse as he spun to the back of the field. It's evident from the replay that Madd tried to swerve left at the last moment but left it too late.

  • Madd-RIPpenalty — rear ending SbG on the first flying lap — 2 places lost
For advice only - unreported by victim, so penalty disregarded

Server replay time: 1031s

The M3 of Anthony Humphreys was turned around by Nev a few corners before and several cars had slipped by, including Bernie Lomax in the Morgan. As they approach turn 12, Bernie is on the left as they come out of the fast left hand kink of T11, with Ant behind and to the right.

As they reach the tyre marks in the braking area for T12, Bernie jinks slightly to the right just before he brakes, and Anthony moves slightly let; Ant suddenly finds himself two feet too far to the left and runs straight into the back right corner of Bernie's car, spinning him off.

Anthony waits for Bernie to rejoin and rejoins behind him, losing three places in the process.

Looking at Anthony's braking point on previous laps, I believe he missed his braking point entirely. He could also have positioned his car further to the right, which would not only have given him a safety margin under braking, but also a good chance of passing Bernie again into T13. Unfortunately he did not submit his side of the story so by default I feel obliged to issue a penalty.

Gone deep, deep underground now. Bit disappointed that the Leg-end boys can't adapt to more than one car but I'll continue to drive it (I can drive a number of cars to the same standard Wink). Although getting beat by a few vertigo's may change my mind.

I used to drive the Morgan when I started at SRouk (or should that be I tried!?!) and I'd quite happily take it again.  I just don't have the time to set up another car after running the GT1 sprint, then the Vertigo in the Enduro.  If I had a decent setup already I'd be more that happy to jump into a Morgan, but as it's not even decided whether I'll be around or not it's a moot point.  (Or should that be a moo-point, it's like a cow's oppinion - it doens't matter Grin)

Leg-end boys!! Who do you mean by that  Tongue

I have stuck with the TVR because I just want to be faithful to one car, and sides apart from Don no one else is a TVR regular. And for the record, I am consistantly at least half a second faster in the Mosler, I can match match my pace in the Morgan and as for the 350Z erm.. well I'm about a second down.

I Just want to make sure GTC get some proper love! laugh

I think you are a reserve then, in that case this is important:

Practice 2:   20:25   (10 mins)   reserves may join too when Practice 2 is shown in lobby

See you on track  Smiley
