its a great track full stop. Love the smooth flowing curves of this place, just like Dubai. Seems to suit my driving style...unlike the other 10 tracks of the year. Embarrassed  Grin

I just need to re-emphasise the necessity of getting the fuel level right to my 'new' engineer after i had to, ahem, dispose of my last race engineer Roll Eyes

Hope your new engineer is better than the last one mark....and by the way, could you wash the blood and guts off my spanner before you return it....ta. Grin

I'm back in plenty of time so if there is a space I'm in.

Looking forward to another good race.

Also hope nobody is offended when I dissapear straight after race.

Suits me the race starts and 20.55 for 40 mins.

That should give me enough time to get into work for a 21.45 start.

I will post a message from work from phone, but the grammar and English will be even worse than normal as I have still not worked out how to change lines.

Good luck to all tonight

Another lost connection for me. That is now twice in the last 3 or 4 races. I did reset both PC and modem tonight. So I'm none to happy.

Started a very poor 11th way off the times I was setting in online practice only earlier.

Made a few tweaks to the car and it felt fine.

Chased down Paul Richards for a couple of laps and could not get past as he was holding good lines into bends. Managed to get the run onto main straight and a slipstream helped me pass before hairpin.

Caught Mark McLean and the car ahead of him. They both ran wide into the 180 and I was able to go past.

At that I noticed I could not see any cars ahead. I did not think they were that far ahead. Suddenly "connection lost".

How frustrating. Never had the slightest of problems before yet now twice in recent weeks. I hope it's bad luck and nothing more.

I'm getting ready for work now so well done whoever wins

Interesting fight between me and backo in qually. Took pole from eachother everytime. Last try I was heading for a 1:36 but I went full lock out of the last chicane and lost 0.2.

I was faster in the race than Backo, but at the wrong places. I couldn't get near him at points of overtaking, so I had to wait and hope.

At 1/3 or something Bacho hit the pitwall and spun, I was close behind and couldn't avoid and got aero damage.

I then had Bara behind me the whole race, very close. I lost some time due to that damage so Bara was gaining on me. But (luckily for me), most times he gained, and followed that with an error  Wink.

In the end he took race fastest lap from me by 0:00.010 or something. Well done and grats to GTC winner.
