Moderator's Report

Lap 20 - From 50 meters back Moss tries a move into turn 2 which is never going to come off on Ervin. Ervin sees this and tries to give room but it ends up with both being taken out.

 • Alec Moss — Pass under yellow on lap 1, taking out Ervin on lap 20 — 5.0 championship point(s)

Lap 1 - Moss gets 10% along side Moore's Honda and the result is Moore spinning across the face of the track at great speed. This was highly dangerous and Moss should have backed right out of the "move" as it could have had disastrous.

Lap 24 - Middleton comes across the leader and Smith who have just tangled - he does his best to avoid the free-wheeling Smith but find yourself getting crushed and sent on a mars mission. Not his fault, he did his best to slip through, better luck next time. :)

The next corner he hits Smith from behind.

Please be very careful when behind others and in future slow down when you see incidents ahead.

Tang was seen using Lo67 pitlane barrier-removal patch (can see this from the start where he drives through the barrier and gains positions) despite being told in emails and just before in chat to NOT use it.

Lap 24 - I don't exactly know what Ervin was thinking here - coming onto the last lap he is right behind Moss and he simply take him out at 160mph at the final kink. This causes a monumental crash which flips Moss who loses 5th over the line and ends up 6th because he is upside down. The penalty is high because he was not racing for position with Moss, he made no attempt to pass him but, didn't back off and also caused Moss to lose points because of this.

In future take it easy :)

 • Gary Ervin — Causing a crash — 5.0 championship point(s)

Moderator's Report

Lap 25: T.Simpson takes out A.Summers with a very half-hearted attempt to pass him after Summers has not let him past after a few corners of close following.
This is the same case as Kyalami on the last lap - backmarkers should be driven round not through, be patient.

 • Tony Simpson — Reckless pass — 5.0 championship point(s)

Lap 22: A.Hirst spins at turn 2 and two cars just manage to avoid him. He gets onto the kerb and then, stops, reverses *broadside* across the track. This is *HIGHLY* dangerous. Fortunately no cars collected him but this could have caused an almighty crash. I am clamping down very hard on hazardous rejoinings back onto the course. Next time it's 5 points first time out for driving over the width of the course - that applies to everyone.

Lap 2: H Moore hits P.O'Hare into Station hairpin. Careless move - I warned you all at Kyalami that rear end punts have no place in this league.

 • Herb Moore — Rear ending — 5.0 championship point(s)

Start line - M.Perfect reset car for no apparent reson - I think he also did this at Kyalami. Please do not do this in future - you only have to see last year's Div1 Monaco to see the possible consequences.

Moderator's Report

K.ai Man Tang was involved in too many accidents to list in this race. Please drive with more caution and when you re-enter track after a spin, please do not weave back onto the racing line. Instead get up to racing speed again before getting back on line.

Ervin hit Moore in the final corner after he slid wide - strong warning, similar incidents are not tolerated and in future will result in penalty points. (Would have been 5pt penalty had he not waited and let him past).

A.Summers:

Lap 1 - You crash off trying to avoid another car, and when the car comes to a rest, you are facing the wrong way. You then drive the wrong way up the track for about 30m, just missing another car. Fortunately you were at the end of the field so a major incident was avoided. Since I think you are using throttle help, please *reverse* (or reset) out of an incident, not drive the wrong way up the track - InDiGo is not tolerated in UKGPL. :D

Lap 4 - You spin out of control and then roll back into the road, collecting Moss who is trying to lap you. Please in future if you do spin, try and keep the car under some control at least, and don't simply let it free roll as it causes incidents as seen here.

Moderator's Report

A.Walker: Lap 2 approaching Blachimont, there are yellow flags but you don't slow down and by the time you see the crash ahead it's too later and you crash. In future if you see a yellow flag, slow down - that's what it's there for.

H.Moore: Lap 1 - Turn1, I've watched the replays a few times and have simply decided to give you a warning about close racing on lap 1 in the early bends. It caused a big crash but I think it was genuinely an error on your part and I know you can race.

 • Herb Moore — Contact leading to a major accident

H.Moore stops the car in the middle of the road on a blind 130mph corner to reset- dangerous! Please move the car completely off the track or at least the racing line before resetting.

Moderator's Report

A.Moss: lap 2 final corner, you turn in on A.Walker. I would have given you a pt penalty had you taken A.Walker with you as this was 100% your fault. :) If somebody dives for the inside, either go two wide or back out of it, coming down onto the apex like that normally ends in tears - as we see here.

C.Macdonald: lap 3, turn 3 you brake far too late and go right into the gearbox of A.Walker and as a consequence take him out. I know it wasn't intentional but punting and dangerous rejoining to the track is clamped down hard in UKGPL. In future try to avoid the car if you brake too late - infact, if you'd move right at that moment you'd probably have made the corner and have been a hero for pass of the race. :)
