Moderator's Report

Server replay time: 52s

Everyone makes a clean start but braking and turning into T1 Ossie taps TinMan's rear bumper, sending him into a spin, which very fortunately every misses, except Mauro Silva who retires with suspension damage. TinMan also retires with suspension damage that lap.

Although the touch was very light and a locked wheel is apparent in the replay showing Ossie was trying to avoid contact, these first corner incidents have to be viewed very seriously given the pileups that can occur, so 2 places lost.

Cool Cool, I won't have to learn both a new car & a new circuit for this weeks race (as I had a couple of practice go's at the Hatch a couple of months back).

Er, I just tried knocking out a couple of laps in the 911 at lunch time... I think mine is broken?!

I turn my steering wheel & nothing happens at the front end Huh. The only thing that happens is the backend appears to get impatient to overtake the rest of the car, very quickly.
Do I need to send it back to my local Porka garage or is this a standerd feature on the 911?

That sounds like a 911. At least that's what always happens to me when I'm driving one. Cheesy

Welcome aboard Jimmer Smiley

Might be my imagination, or wishfull thinking, but I have an easier time getting the slightly lighter/less powerful one to turn in. Mind you its my first race in these porkas so which one is best around here? Think I'll be around the 1.41/42 mark in the lighter one. At least we are all stuck in the same boat/911 Wink.

Are there 2 differnent versions of this magnificent car ?
Did some laps and managed a 1.42 but i haven't noticed that there is a lighter/ heavier version.

There's a lighter weight version (the one without the whale tail). I find that the difference around Brands is negligible. On principle though I always take the lighter version, which is much better at some other tracks.

If the steering wheel appears to be connected to the back why not go in reverse i am i did a 3.00.3 ace!!!

So do we think we might be in danger of this race not taking place with the current lobby problems?  Sad

I can't connect to the server in my #23 Drake Racing porsche. After loading the track, I get a message car not on server. I can connect with a stock Porsche.
