EDITed the lap count after some practice this morning. I managed a best of 54.059 so I reckon the fast guys will be in the 52's. This is a super combo to hotlap on

Think i wont bother with the skippy anymore. Its far too easy to loose the back either on power or off power now as it seems like there's more torque from the engine which to me has made it worse and too unpredictable. Never thought i'd say this but i'll be attempting the indycar races only.

I'm good for this one but once the race has ended for me I will have to leave straight away.
I have been asked back to work for a few weeks before closure and that means I'm nightshift tonight.
What times are you guys aiming for?

What you need is a train set spanner . Can't believe you're bailing on us again! I'll tell Tony on you... Thanks for hosting the session last night Stuart, really enjoyed it once I got passed the initial shock of coming straight from the Mazda. My style at the moment is more like the Ken Brock video posted recently (without the control) so I'm hoping once I smooth it out I'll be able to go faster but I agree the Skip really is a lot of fun to hot lap around here. I suspect Paddock will eat me at some point but I'm looking forward to tonight....until the lapping starts that is - all the incentive I need to get a wriggle on!

Quickest last night with only a few on was low 53's so I think Pops is bang on the money with 52's Kerr....

I don't think Paul Richards has broken into the 52's yet (though he reckons it's doable), so the challenge is on!
It'll be tough to get clean laps in tonight on such a short track so a 52 will be pretty impressive!

Just had a quick go and it seems like fun.
A few of the corners seem to find the Skips point of no return earlier than expected. I think I will need to tone down the sliding and try and go straight ahead more often.
I think 52s will be had by a number of drivers tonight.

I managed a 53.049 last night. Personally, I think I found my limit pretty quickly around 53.1/53.2. Trying to squeeze those few extra hundredths out is where the real challenge lies, especially on such a short circuit.

I think Brendan, Paul Thurston and myself were all within a whisker of a 52 last night, but as Brendan says, you have to be so precise to get those quicker times. Most laps are mid to high 53's, although I'm sure Brian will come and make it look easy!!

I think this race will be the tightest race so far with lots of guys very close.
Also, I think a few costly mistakes will happen to decide the race and there will be one or two Brands Hatch specialists much faster than normal.
