Hmm.... While attempting to add a driver name to our recent Donington PnG event, I seem to have predicted the outcome of this race Edit: All back as it should be - cheers Dave

If JB doesn't show up I'm 2nd and 3rd if he does. Guess this might be a fun event for me.

Sorry if I caused some problems at the start. All the cars kept disappearing and then my wheel just went crazy. :'(

Was enjoying it, but Spanner & I had a small rub which somehow gave me aero Car never felt the same & I started spinning & doing weird things. Slipped right down the grid & managed to pick up an S/G... carried on for a few more laps till my back end went again & I'd had enough.

Sorry if I caused some problems at the start. All the cars kept disappearing and then my wheel just went crazy. :'( Wondered what happened. You just suddenly stopped on the back straight and parked it sideways. Caught us all out and shame for you as you had a nice pole so it could have been a good battle. I decided that as we were then so far back from the GTCs that it was safer to basically start the GT3 class way back as almost a seperate race otherwise I would have had to go really fast to catch the GTCs and then slow suddenly at the line. Same story as Brazil for the first half of the race. API chasing me hard for 30 minutes until he pitted. I went right past half way and with the tyres worn message I lost it at the old hairpin losing a lot of time. Pitted 1 or 2 laps latter whilst holding Pete up whilst I was really slow on badly worn rubber. After the pits I drove much more smoothly and saved the tyres better enabling me to go faster. Had to catch NSFast and just as I was about to catch GSI Bob he made his mandatory pit stop. Meanwhile API who would have been way out in the lead kept coming in to the pits to serve penalties which meant I cruised home for an easy-ish finish. Well done to the championship winners this season. With turnout being so low I don't see how UKGTR can continue with multi-class though, so I await to see what Legzy's plans are for next season.

Good race to finish the season. I was looking forward to this one, thinking that the Vertigo would be quick here. Disapointed to see in qualifying that the BMW was again going to be tough to keep up with. But I was happy to qualify 4th with as good a lap as I could manage. The race started smoothly enough with API and Shark going off into the distance and Gsi Bob and Picnic falling back a few seconds. But once Picnic was past Bob he started to catch up very quickly. We then had a number of very tense laps as I had to push very hard to keep in front. Picnic pitted early, I think to avoid losing time to the GTC's which were catching up but I decided to keep going to half way point before pitting. The rears were not too bad so I left them unchanged. Exiting the pits I was about 12secs ahead of picnic a gap I was able to maintain for the rest of the race. I later had a very short battle with Shark which ended with a very scary moment at the final chicane as Shark and two GTC all tried to overtakes at the same time. It is worrying to see the drop in numbers but I agree that there has still been some great racing this season. Congrats to Berger and API on the Championships, Berger and JB on securing the GTC team title for us and Team Oldie for the GT3 win.

Sorry I didn't make the race guys. I planned on running, but my wife had other plans. I ended up working on the house all day today (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Tried the Datsun for a larf, was almost hanging on to the back of people, had a bit of a race going with Bob took a cut track while avoiding Goldy, took another trying to get the Datsun to go where I wanted, on the 3rd I got S/G so left in boredom, the draconian cuts tracks are well over the top here INHO ruins a good track.

Rather a boring race for me. I was too slow to keep up with the GTC people ahead and too fast to be sucked into the GT3 battle. I did the whole race on one set of tyres so looked after them carefully (still needed nearly 50 litres of fuel at half way). I hoped a mixture of a faster pit stop and other people getting stop/go penalties would propel me up the field and I gained a massive one place. Congratulations to all podium winners today as well as the season champs. Special congrats to TT for taking the lovely Z4 to a win (hope Legzy doesn't further cripple it as a result) I would love to see your typical Z4 setup TT now the season is over if that is not too much to ask. Thanks also to Dave and Pete for organising this excellent league and the server work. I hope the numbers thing is only a blip and look forward to seeing what the new management has in store for us. I would vote against this GTC/3 mix if we retain mixed class racing. Well done to all fellow racers this season, the quality of competition remains tough but very fair. I hope more people come to join us for S13.

... for taking the lovely Z4 to a win (hope Legzy doesn't further cripple it as a result) Amen to that. I would love to see your typical Z4 setup TT now the season is over if that is not too much to ask.
You only had to ask... I never witheld (is that a word?) my setups to any who wanted it. Will send it once I come home. Quali laptime was close to my pb - managed to make 1.06.7xx in a one lucky lap while training. Guess this is achievement for Berger, JB and other aliens. Nice to see Andy in the first row and after a succesful T1 I managed to increase a gap. Quite an uneventful race, but I liked it. Good result for the Legends, well done Andy. Interesting season, hope we can get more parameters in S13 (weather, new cars, etc.). Ehm, and new drivers. Grats all.
