All members welcome. Check your status hereTime of Day Setting: 14:00 Start: STANDING Tyre wear: Normal Fuel consumption: Normal Server: simracing.org.uk GTC Password: see aboveNotes: (1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage. (2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. (4) Driver lists can be found on the Championship standings pageSpecial Notes: None

sorry can't race when someone else is in the server it just flashes up with their name constantly when in the garage. I've had this problem before and no idea how I sorted it. the only change since the last race is the track. I use a seperate install for each championship so no idea will have to try figure out.
Just tried on a "clean" version of the game and still doing it so see ya next week (hopefully)

Early bath tonight. New PB in qualifying but couldn't keep 914 under control kept getting away from me. In race car seemed attracted to the Armco so after having a couple of bounces I really went off and skidded upside down for a while and decided to give into the 914.

My setup wasn't really suitable for this track and that chicane was getting on my nervs - so I quit with nearly a lap down CU next week

That was a great race.
Got a beltin start then managed to get a bit on time but then Mike started to gain on me then got passed but I had better power on the strait and got 1st again (sorry if there was contact I don't think there was but sorry just incase)
them last 10 laps or so were hard on the Mustang as the tyres were wearing prety quick and got understeer and oversteer on most corners and couldn' keep Mike behind me so had to settle for 2nd but still well happy with it.
Chears guys.
P.S. Glad to see new faces. Welcome.

Thankyou gents, I enjoyed that. I had a swear a few times, thankfully no one could hear, though they were all at myself.
Next time, it might be wiser to be a little more prepared.
Grats all, especially to Mike n the podium finishers.
Thanks again gents.

Thanks all great racing, don't know where I got the pace from tonight, really enjoyed the battles earlier on. Strategy was to keep consistency which worked for me tonight.
Well done to all the finishers.

Grats to the Podium, and thanks for the race guys. Had a real slow start spun the wheels then somehow had changed up to 3rd when i was hardly moving, thought i was at least going to finish ahead of Tony, had a 6 sec + lead on him, but he just reeled me in and was gone again. The 911 was a joy to drive only prob when the tyres started to go off had understeer.

Roger, apologies if you already know this already but..........the Porsche (and a few other GTL cars) have gear cogs that can adjusted individually rather than an overall adjustment via the final drive. worth tinkering with when you get a spare moment. Try her on this circuit once you've tweaked, I'm sure you will find a performance improvement.
