Going to actually try and turn up for this one , Cup cars have really just turned me off along with changes to R3E and don't tend to drive too much now.

lost internet connection with 4 mins of Q left, managed to log back on and do a lap to work out fuel/lap. Then as I was rushing to work out fuel load I jumped on the grid by mistake without adjusting the fuel load. I decided the best damage limitation was to come in on the pace lap to top up the fuel. Turned out to be a waste of time as I lost connection again after 4 laps  Sad  Angry

Lonely race in P4, after qualifying in 4th position ...
Towards the end lost a couple of seconds trying to adjust brake bias, got a a bit of fear with Simon getting quicker and closer, but race was over  Cool

Podium too far for me!

Not sure to be back in time for the next race.. we'll see

It was a bit of a lonely race for most I think, many regular faces didn't show, so there must have been something good out in the real world...

It looked like NFSW and Alex had a decent race long fight for 2nd place. Congrats to them on podium  Smiley

Just a little event called Le Mans 24hr this weekend  Wink plus MotoGP plus British Super Bikes at Brands  Grin think I had used up all my swmbo goodwill by sunday night. I did briefly try out the combo but hadn't any time for practise and it didn't really grab me on the night. Undecided

The timetable looked more spectacular than it actually was Cheesy pulled away slowly at the start, did some mistakes midrace so the gap decreased but after I found my rythm I pulled away again, so it wasn't the most exciting race for me either. But it was good to have Alex always not too far away to keep the tension up. Wd on your third place and congrats Max for your well deserved victory

Sad to see the grid shrinking again  Sad

@Mark, watched Le Mans aswell and was tired but tbh the race was quite boring with Toyota's donated win. All the SCs also detroyed the good GTE battle from the beginning. Sadly no comparison to the glorious WEC days with Audi, Porsche and Toyota.

I worry myself sometimes..  I watched a fair bit of it myself and it never occurred to me that would be a reason not to race  wacko
