It's quite possible that they're targetting the Lotus as a new Class A road car and planning on using it for the Pro Series.

So does that mean the DP is dead? Or are they pushing that back into B and killing the Radical? Or going mixed class?

Why do I even care? I won't be there...

LOL, me neither.

Managed to get a Radical race on Sunday and got rammed up the rear mid-corner, by some impatient moron again (Thomas Skoda). I really am so close to giving up a month early until leagues come along as I'm so hacked off with all the impatient driving. I hate bad looking stats though so I'm going to have to get my SR back to 4.99 somehow. Roll Eyes

Hi guys ,i have cancelled my subs, have a few weeks left to run.

Reasons being

1.
iracing refuse to offer guys like me who are disabled shorter races.
Hell i dont care if they are for fun or whatever,i physically cant race any longer than 20-25 mins.
When i was racing i was running longer than i should and suffering for it afterwards.
I asked on the forums a few times and contacted iracing via email about the matter and they refused to answer my emails.
I purchased all the content and will most likely never get to use it, yes my fault for buying it all but i honestly thought they would offer shorter races in all cars/series.

2.
Because i simply cant race longer races i recently tried some of the the rookie races again and it was like public servers for other sims,it was appalling with wrecks left right and center.

I find im left with no choice but cancel my subs and try find another sim that i can get clean racing that are not marathons for me.

Looks cool, an SR killer I suspect. Shocked

Too late for me though. Only 2 weeks left on my subscription and I haven't played it in a couple of weeks anyway.

Wake me up again when leagues are implemented. Smiley

They said it would be ready for the next build but at the end of one of vids it says "available August" which is afer the next week 13. Either way it's not far off Smiley

They also said we would have league racing and a Corvette but neither of those are about to come true. Tongue

At least the Lotus probably isn't tied in to some dodgy deal...

They aren't here yet, but they are coming. Unfortunately iRacing makes the classic game company blunder of pandering, and giving expected release dates well in advance. It's all well and good releasing hints and previews of what's to come, it gets everyone salivating in expectation. Give a release date that isn't solid, and they only set people up for inevitable disappointment when unexpected delays arise. As much as I'm sure they'd love their customers to be patient and understanding, in general they aren't and begrudge any broken promise.

Be disappointed with this, the DFV engine sounds like an Indycar spitter. Grin

Perhaps when league racing starts, we can use it (if it's any good)?

My subscription has now expired so that's the end of iRacing for me though. I'll be back if they implement private league racing.
