Weather: 40% rain.
Just about as enjoyable as a circuit can be in GTR2, for rain to impact that would be a shame. I hope it doesn't.

A bit off topic but still Suzuka related:
I've been trying F430 gt2. Am new to GT2 class tbh.
Now, max power is @7000rpm, right? Why does it rev up to 9k and is it any faster up in high rpm? Judging by the sound of engine whilst driving and in-game power and torque graph it doesn't pay to do it, I can hear engine losing powaaah above 8000rpm (or so). U know, it does rev up even higher, but sounds... asthmatic and it doesn't gain rpm in a linear way (might be wrong though).
Am confused. Any ideas?
BTW, awesome go-kart, this 430 thing. Love it, wet track or not.

You should have tried it a few seasons back. It's still great fun, but it was amazing not long back. Needed the changes though, it was too good.

Hope you all have great racing and see you all soon.

I always change gear on second red in normal gearing. Different in wet - lower. It's probably just a sound thing, J.

I did say that whatever I did with the weather people would complain... Haha, agreed. You're stuffed either way Dave! I 100% disagre. After testing just a few laps, I figured Nogaro seemed to suffer more then most tracks in wet conditions. Also like I already said, some of the turns at Suzuka are a joy that I can only imagine rain will spoil some. Also we get ton of people asking for new/different tracks each season, if you're going to pick (rather then it being random) which tracks will will be wet, it makes sense to me to at least leave the new/rarely used tracks (ie Nogaro/Suzuka) as dry, while maybe if you have to... adding some wet on the tracks we do all the time. Well, that's my 10cents anyhow.

aww, we gonna ruin Suzuka with flipping fixed rain? All those lovely fast curves gone to waste, not to mention the 997s being a bit errant in their straightlining in wet conditions

I've added a weather poll - please vote, and if there's a clear mandate for change you'll get what you deservewant.

Random all the way. Constant rain or dryness doesn't really make a difference, it's the changes what makes it interesting
