A couple of notes re. Blue Flags during qualifying and race where they differ from GTR2;

Blue Flags during qualifying - if you see a blue flag during qualifying it will be on your outlap and the driver approaching is on a hotlap. Please take this into account and act accordingly. The driver behind does not know you are on an outlap so no rash moves out of the way please  Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Blue Flags during the race -  if you see a blue flag during the race it means the driver approaching is about to lap you. Please take this into account and act accordingly. It differs from GTR2 in that you will not be penalised for not allowing the lapping driver to pass within a certain period. The flag is informational only. Usual SRouk rules / guidelines should be applied.

Had a quick practice round here the other night.  Should be a laugh, very short track and lots of opportunities to screw laps up so hopefully there'll be some decent racing if the numbers are good.

I don't know why we don't use the Specy more often - it's great fun.

Yep this one's got the potential for a top race if there are enough of us - there's also run-off where you need it so at the risk of cursing myself hopefully a finish shouldn't be too much to ask!

I'll start the bidding at a best of 37.1...

I'll have a go at this.  Never driven the SRF much, so I'll be starting from scratch  :D

Shame there were only 9 slots on the track, as that was really good fun!  We should race these again on the mid-length circuit :D

Yeah, Big Trouble was accurate alright! Not the smoothest of night's racing - apologies again Ross and to you other chaps who couldn't make it in. Had no idea there'd be a nine car limit on this place as there's certainly room for more but looks like it's a space in the pitlane thing.

Definitely up for doing the Spec again, was only the last few laps where I found the feel for getting the car to rotate the right amount for the hairpin but yeah, we'll try a longer circuit next time out. I wanted to do SIlverstone National but as we'd only just run it with the Legends I thought Little Barber would be a better bet....you live and learn!

Anyway congrats Mr. Miles, can't believe you stuck in a 36.6! Thanks everyone who turned up - catch you next week!

Results up!
