Non Champ Event
Practice: 19:45 (30 mins) Qual: 20:15 (15 mins) Race 1: 20:30 (30 mins)
Cars allowed: GTR1 Track: Dubai GP Time of Day Setting: 13:00 Weather: Dry
Start: Standing Tyre wear: Normal Fuel consumption: Normal Pit-stops: None required
Notes: (1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage. (2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules especially the rules about in-game chat messages. (3) You will need to install Race Room Racing Experience from Steam, and have the relevant Track Packs for this series (4) Please exercise caution when pitting as some tracks have a speed limit. (5) Please follow the SROUK guidelines for using kerbs etc. Please keep 2 wheels on the track surface (kerbs do not count as track surface) Excessive cutting of corners will seen as cheating and the results may be altered to reflect this.

Absolutely I was surprised at just how driveable these cars are Shame I will miss it due to work, but these are good, and are worth a few minutes of your valuable time

It's donation time again folk's and due to some admin difficulties, we need to make up a bigger shortfall than usual as we accidentally let one quarter slip.
So, If you can give whatever you can afford, we will be able to sleep easier.

Sorry for tagging you Geoff - I think your rear got loose and you half-spun towards me, but if that was my fault my apologies Not my cup of tea these, but the race was fun. Shame about the pit-window message - I didn't bother to pit, just waited for Riccardo to catch back up after his stop. Congrats all.

Sorry for tagging you Geoff - I think your rear got loose and you half-spun towards me, but if that was my fault my apologies Yeh I got a bit too eager on the throttle & slewed into your path, so not your fault, although I think I would have saved it if you hadn't given me a nudge. Lost the nose of the car so no point in continuing as it would have been understeer city. Actually quite like the Saleen, quite refreshing to have a car that actually turns, unlike that understeery BMW M6 I have been driving in the GT3 races recently, makes a nice noise too. Why have these cars got such ridiculously short fuel ranges? If we run these again a 40min race with pitstop would be better I think.

If you're going by the fuel reading in the setup screen ignore that, because the range estimate is way off. My maximum range here was an indicated 14 laps on a full tank, but I think the true range is at least 2.5 times that.
