Weren't Abarth's made out of old Italian washing machines? That the 131 Abarth they used to use in rallying, or the 1000cc abarth that looks like an old punto? If it's the 131 I'll have to get this game.

If it's the 131 I'll have to get this game. 'Fraid its the 1000TC Abarth, not the 131. But judging by how quickly the 131 I owned some years back rusted through, you'd be lucky to last the race before the floorpan turned into a sieve. Those Fiats weren't made out of washing machines, have you seen how solid washing machines from those days were? No, nothing but the best unwanted, paper thin Russian steel for those babies. Not to say my 131 was a bad car, I quite liked it for the time. Think I'll take the desperately uncompetitive Jag, never really get an opportunity to drive it so a serious but fun race is the perfect time. I might have called the available cars crap but I love driving them and I think they offer a chance for an immensely tight, enjoyable race. Hope lots of people take the opportunity. Good choice Simon

Race has been postponed, initially for 3 weeks whilst the league resolves it's current server issues... https://www.simracing.org.uk/smf/index.php?topic=3661.msg60130#msg60130This will now probably double as a UKGTL skin pack 1.5 test race too and the deadline for skins extended.

Does the car choice need changing then, I doubt there are many skins added for these 3 cars, so problems aren't likely to show up?

Good point. If next weeks fun race use these cars instead then might open this up as a free car choice.

Is the skin pack v1.5 available yet? The latest issue appears to be v1.4 still.

simple answer......read the posts that tell you the deadline dates. As I don't make my own skins, posts on deadline dates are superfluous to me so I don't bother to read them. I have plenty of other things to do with my time. I just like to download, install and test on the server in plenty of time. Bill
