I was not at all impressed by the chat at the end of the race, both before it finished, and after. The use of foul language is unacceptable and if you're unhappy about driving standards, tell a moderator, do not attempt to vent your feelings whilst you're still seeing red.

I was happy with my World Record in qually (duh ). Was 1/10th faster than previous times. Again Peter very close behind, followed by LeH very close as well (witn manual clutch ). Race started normal as far as I could see. Peter and I were following eachother around, same as last time, but this time we had LeH behind us the whole time. The gap between the two of us and him was increasing slowly in the beginning of the race, but not by much. I was having a hard time trying to defend my line against Peter, I was looking behind to see if he was alongside as much as I could, just for safety, but there is always a blind spot. In the end I was struggling like mad with my rubber, they were completely worn to the canvas, so Peter was way faster behind me. With some luck I was able to hold him off. The downside was, was that LeH was gaining fast! But because it was for position, and in different teams, I wasn;t just gonna let my 1st place go. The last lap was fun, as LeH was trying to count the scratches on my rearbumper. But the long back straight was enough for me to take it easy in the chicane, and the acceleration was sufficiant to pull away and take 1st. Donny always gives good races for me, brilliant track.

Sorry for my mixup at the start, d'oh! Stupid disconnect in qual after I got a new PB. This game really knows how to throw us off our center!! After that the start and race went really well, plus I got my PB time back in the race, woohoo! Had a great 3-way battle going on in front of me for many laps at the beginning, some great dicing and place changes. ASSASSINO took off once he got past, but the fighting let PR catch me and he got by on the s/f straight. After that I had a very consistent race, never lost any spots but gained only by others' errors or lag problems. Hate that. Much fun, though! Not sure yet what all was going on in the rest of the race but it seems several folks got a little excited. There were also a bunch of disconnects and lagging cars which reallly throws a race. -=> J <=-

Really enjoyed that! Had a kind of 3 way battle with Greg, Aagramn and myself, I made small mistake and they both slipped passed. Spent the rest of the race watching them battle it out in front and trying to track them down again. Aagramn slipped off round about the Craner Curves with only a few laps to go and did a really fine thing reversed it off the racing line Kudos for that. The Mustang was great to drive round here, great top speed and only a few corners that it really suffered, enjoyed it all

I had a very quiet race, but definately more successful than my previous 2 attempts The first 5 laps were a bit hairy, I had race tested my setup which had a comfortable tuoch of understeer, but when this race started I found it oversteering slightly which nearly made me cut the final chicane a couple times before I got used to it. I managed to keep up a steady pace until the 3 leaders came to lap me. I slowed to let the 1st two by. A lap later Leh wasn't close enough for me to do this without risking acres of time to the guys behind me so I figured I'd brake wide into the next corner and let him through on the inside, but I think he underestimated how early I tend to brake and ran me up the rear. Hope I didn't damage anything on him.

Drivers are reminded that discussing race incidents on the forum is unacceptable, especially apportioning blame. Incidents should be reported to the moderator.

Had a really good race with Locutus, Assassino and Shark, I could just about keep with them ,for most of the race but couldn't really make much of an impression on them most of the time, I only got past Locutus after an age of trying! Bad luck Minton with your disco, oh and the skinned cars all looked real nice.

Well I had a great race dicing with Toms Cortina, couldn't match my pb in practice so about 13/14th Tom got by early on then I realised its not a sunday drive. Hounded him for a few laps and managed to creep by, this fighting slowed us up and we lost touch with the group infront. I managed to keep a few seconds between us and kept station with an Alfa infront, then about 4 from the end picked up a place as I passed the recovering Alfa of MichaelB76 we had a hell of a ding dong for the next few laps swapped places twice then he lost it on the grass going into (Mcleans I think) and I was eaten alive by a Shark, my car afterwards looked more like the evil eye of a great white with its headlight side ways Pity realy as I gifted Tom the place and lost 2 but great fun. Just more care needed. Well worth a look at 2234 seconds. How do I post an image?

Mixed race for me. Ran a bit wide early on the first lap, lost one place then another as I lost momentum leaving the first car room. Don blasted past in his Mustang down the straight, and I lost some momentum following him through the final chicane, costing me another place. 10th to 14th on the first lap. No complaints, all good clean racing. Had a good scrap with Don until he ran a bit wide. Then I had a brilliant scrap with Greg over several laps. Lots of close racing, and we swapped places a couple times. Had one scarey moment coming towards the final chicane with Greg on the inside of me. Found a car stopped in the braking zone, and had to move over to the right. Fortunately he backed out of the move and we got through safely. Greg eventually got past me and started to pull away. My race went downhill from there. Lost concentration late on and spun at the Craner Curves. Managed to find reverse in time and get off the track (I'd had some practise, did exactly the same thing in qualifying). Was having a good fight with Baz for 14th, when I got my line wrong and stuck a couple wheels on the grass. Couldn't get the car stopped and ploughed into the side of him. Sorry about that Baz, ruined what would have been a very enjoyable race for me.

Funny old race that, qualified 8th which is very high for me, in the V1 Team Shark Alfa. After having to wibble my way JohhnyDee who forgot (again?! ) about the rolling start, once again the limiter came off almost exactly on the s/f line (I'm still not sure that isn't partly psychological!) and I got stuck into the back of a good scrap between about 4 drivers. Eventually I ran wide at Coppice and dropped a few places whilst I paddled back out of the kitty litter, took me more laps than I care to remember to get properly back in the groove and pull away from Don's Mustank which lurked menacingly behind. For most of the rest of the race it really looked like I could catch JohnnyDee before the end but with about 3 or 4 laps to go my tyres really went off and that was that. Normally I'd be chuffed with 8th but having started there, and knowing that I might've been as high as 4th without my little off road excursion I feel a twinge of disappointment. Dunno what happened with the disco'd car (was it Dan Minton?) but that certainly helped me make back quite a few places!

I'm very surprised to see that the Alfa gets alot more points. I picked the Falcon because it's a more difficult car to drive, but fun none the less. The Alfa is much quicker in 80% of the tracks. Only Monza is clearly more muscle biased. There is no reason to take the Falcon anymore, it's much easier to go quick and consistent in the Alfa, and it gets alot more points per finish. I think the Falcon and Alfa are equal (in both the Falcon as the Alfa I did 1:22.8 at Donny), and the Mustang is worse than the Falcon/Alfa. Just my opinion. And I know you are still tweaking the pointsystem, that's why I say this. Not critic, just my insight on it.
