trying to join the server but the practice password isnt working is there a different password for RRE?
Server has been set with our race password. |

I think the guys who run with TC are going to kill me this event, I can't get the grip out of the medium to fast corners, I tried twicking the setup, but my car just don't want to know nothing, or maybe I am pushing just too hard..

Just had a very quick test using the currently available cars all on default setups and practice mode just to check balance since physics update. Audi 1:45.4 SLS 1:46.0 McLaren 1:46.4 Alpina 1:46.4 Z4 1:46.5 Camaro (AKA The Dog) 1:48.2 About what I'd expect really with the Audi a bit more suited to the twisty track and a bit more time to come from all of them. Cars felt good apart from The Dog which was trying to bite me even in a straight line  I ran 600/13 on my steering settings with 900 rotation in my profiler which felt perfect for me. I'll be in the #69 McLaren for this series until the Ruf comes along Mclaren, but you did a faster time in the Audi? These are good laps |

Why would you not use TC when this is what the pro drivers do in RL particularly as the cars now have more realistic TC settings as default?

But I prefer the McLaren and I've already started working on the setup  PS wheel chairs don't have electronics..  . Just kidding, I have been racing with no aids for years, I guess I like feeling the car and response, it gives me more of a rush.. |

Hello everybody, I'd like to join you if it's not too late. I'm not that experianced in driving leagues, but I've driven a couple of rounds in R3E http://game.raceroom.com/users/dmeer/ I've also read through the rules, but I found something confusing here, you where discussing about traction control. But considering the rules I have to set all the setting in traction control to 0 ?! Bill, one other thing I have discovered, not being used to these modern new fangled things, these cars have traction control, set to default 2 setting they are way easier to get out of corners. on 3 you can floor the throttle and it just goes. You don't go quite as fast, but it makes them much more controllable. I'm not a native English speaker, so it may be a mussunderstanding |

Welcome Cuomo Just to be clear, you are allowed to use traction control in this series. Don't worry about lack of experience, just be safe and have fun. Practice session starts in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes so we look forward to seeing you on track. |
