Thanx Tyf, It's nearly weekly that the powers that be are moving to take our freedoms away. The EU seems to be the worst and also seems more tempted by big company money as seen with the recent patent thing.

Indeed m8, I signed a petition for that one as well! Also did one for a Rory Gallagher monument, so it's not always politics Wink.

Not too worried tbh, can't see companies actually managing to store the data that they are asking. This is computer technology it never works perfectly companies aren't capable of managing to do what they want. I mean BT have enough problems actually getting the phone bill right without actually storing your details correctly, god forbid you might actually ring up customer services and they know exactly who you are and all about you as a customer, that would be down right brilliant. No I'm afraid we're stuck with "i can't find your details sir, or our computer system is down, or your let me just pass you to the right department"

No offence, but I think that's pretty short sighted. Sure thier customer support (and supporting software) is dire, but they manage to log all your calls without issue. If they so chose they could choose to record all your calls to with only the storage aspect being a problem. Something like that would be a very basic compared to ther ERP(?) at least in programmer terms.
