Not sure who it was, but the fella in the Mustang made us all look silly I had a race-long battle for 2nd, with some seriously tense and exciting laps at the end Hope we get a better turn out next time, but the quality of the driving was top notch Yep, excellent close racing this evening and I enjoyed every minute of it despite the low turnout...even lower than our practise races Sorry for that tap at T1 btw Jim. I wasn't sure what had happened at the time but from the replay it looks like I ran in a bit deep as you turned in Almost as deep as Mr. Berger Hope we get a better turn out next week from some of our regulars too

Not sure why, but when qual finished my car sat in the pits with a sound loop running, and woudn't respond to esc or anything, so I ctrl/alt/del'd my way out, checked the server and it said 5 people so I guess it was just me Shame, I had been really looking forward to our first "proper" race. I am away in Glasgow next week, then back for one then away for 3 weeks I will create 8 events for the moment, and see how it goes. I was hoping SImon and Postal at least would have come out to play, Simon seemed quite keen so far and if BIll had come along that would have made 9 which was more than more than our last few P&G events got. I will have a stab at the results import in the morning. Can anyone post a replay somewhere so I can have look?

Yep, enjoyed it again despite low numbers. Nice cars to drive, fairly easy, except when trying to wring out the final few tenths as it should be. Jostled down to P4 at one of the hairpins as Berger came through, and then stayed a couple of secs behind GT and Mr Belowski for the remainder of the race. Would have liked to have been a closer part of their battle as it looked fun and we were all doing similar times. Finished P4 - using different name btw Matt

Ahh, Dave did the results so I didn't do the cross reference of names against forum names. I will try to update them. To import the results for any of our series, there needs to be a list of cars and a list of drivers. The drivers are already there except for new members but as this is a new series with a new sim it needs to be populated. Dave did it for this event so that's all done I have updated Berger but is is confused about your name Frex what name did you race with, I don't have a replay. Again if anyone can save their replay somewhere that would be helpful

I raced with name "Dieter Bromvich".
My replay saved but I don't have access to it from work. I can upload it later though if no-one else does beforehand.

Can you fill in your country in your profile Jim. And if you want to use a different name then I need the forum name and the racing name if it's different Frex Not sure why the game didn't list you with your real name

I raced with name "Dieter Bromvich".
The export has <Username i:nil="true" />, which is less than helpful. I'm not sure how well these imports are going to work if the data is going to be such poor quality.

it is not important,
but it looks like the results file (or what name is) in R3E game, do give everybody a DNF, i did watches the driver statistics for this race and we all have DNF for our race, it count pole and fastest laps, but i think the game do not understand if you make a DNF or not, as i see in results no racetime too, i hope this will be fixed from sector3 company in future.
for the race....
i did slow start and i saw only 1 other car close to me, but i had feeling 2 cars should be close to me, so i did quick watched the position line for gaps in top of screen, but this was not good, as it was not easy to do this and so i did brake way to late for T1, haha. rest of race was good fun, as always with this cars. i did justage my setup and had in end of race only 98/97 - 98/98 tyre wear, which is great, probably lower brake pressure from 98 to 91% and make brake from 57-43 to 53-47 did make biggest good, as the brake did not look? so easy now after any laps.

Unless you edited the file Dave, the only thing that seems screwed for this one is Frex didn't use his normal lobby name so I was unable to change him from "unknown" It is good to have qual and fastest lap info, but for the "Championship" all it needs is the finishing order like who won who came 2nd etc. Anything else is icing on the cake for me. As Reinhard says, hopefully this will improve in future updates, bearing in mind this server still claims to be "Alpha" and a few weeks ago it didn't save results at all, I can cope with what we have at the moment as long as it works repeatedly.... Umm, it doesn't seem to have updated the championship page. As usual I was unable to create the championship myself, as whenever I do the drivers and teams entries and update, it ignores everything I had done, so Tony did it for me. I then put the info into the race page for the championship page (I thought) but maybe I got the numbers wrong.

Matt, tis odd as LM2 definitely has this event list as Champ but in the Champ table it's shown as non-Champ

The export didn't record any name (see above). One of the earlier races showed the same thing. All I can think to do is have the importer flag those entries up if found and refuse to process the file until they've been manually corrected. Umm, it doesn't seem to have updated the championship page.
Only 'cause I hadn't generated the standings. It's there now.

Expect I will be another attendee as love my historics racing and not enough of it in AC , assuming I can get proper feel through my controllers and all feels right. Wrong time of year for good turn outs as its prime holiday season. I'm typing this from a beach in Italy so take my word for it

Matt, I've taken the liberty of adding tyre makes to the cars in this class. Partial results tables really bug me . Cars are not currently listed by race number just by vehicle type so I have used the tyres used by the majority for each make. Can we have the class listed as 1992 DTM? or DTM92? or something?
