There is not an open server for practice and than one, with password, for the race day (so qual too)? In overall i agree- this car and track is more about luck and skill, than temperatures 1-2C I probably have not been clear before. I was simply referring to the temp/laptimes. Lower temperatures make you faster. We have 2 servers configs- for open practice in week and other server config- for wed official event. The weather can be set for whole server started, not for each session ( p,q,r).

Open server (practice server) with a stable temp, for having an idea of laptimes. Race-day server with random temp, there are also some minutes for practices and adjust something.

16 drivers signed up provisionally for this, only 18 pit-boxes, so if anyone is sitting on the fence thinking about racing, let me know sharpish. Still a few who havent given me a favoured skin so if i havent heard by late tomorrow day i will assign them myself.

you will be on the driver entry file anyway, so will assign you a skin doesnt look like we attracted any new drivers from Kunos for this series, so 16 racers it is for now. Should fill out the narrow lanes of Lincoln's race track nicely

Time comes with the laps here, more you put in the more time you shave off as its quite a technical lap really. Other than the elite top 4 there is probably the biggest spread of laptimes i've seen for a while.

Or just do what I do - which is set the car up as a rally car so it doesn't matter. (mistake by you there Mark, these cars are supposed to be driven sideways ) How does one set up the Alfa as a rally car please?

Don't lower it as much as possible, don't go fully hard. Front stiffer than rear (to taste), rear higher than front by a fair amount. Play with the diff so the car always wants to go sideways. This will help ensure the car turns no matter the conditions. The down side is you have to rely on throttle modulation and brake modulation to keep the drift angle down enough to go fast.
Brake bias, front camber and tire pressures to suit your your own driving style.

Guys, can i cut gooseneck turn (using whole free downhill) in every lap for overall safety reason? I think yes i can! Thanks! If i'll overtake any guy here - it will be OK too , i think . Thanks! PS. 2 Ceolmor: NO drift! Grip style still is rule! Or buy VR first .

I tried a ‘rally’ setup this eve and although it was fun to fling around, I was about 1 sec slower than my normal stiffer setup. I probably just need more time with it.

Race day my fellow Alfa-holics You will all have to be on your best behaviour on a narrow circuit like this, especially on the opening laps. Any punt will send a poor soul off for miles on the grass. Remember its 2x 20minute races so you can make amends in race 2 if race 1 doesnt go quite to plan
