Bad gamble. Saw the clouds and went "it's going to rain!". So stuck my wet setup on and put on soft slicks. Failed miserably, then I got a couple of stop goes as my mind wandered and thought I shud call it a day.

Another greaqt nights racing. Few 10ths off my pb in qually...started 6th. Appollogies to Dan for the love tap on the warm up lap....I must have had a moments lag (either tinternet or brain) as 1 moment you were well in front, the next Bit lonely most of the race....Dan and the aliens (new band name?) were steadily pulling away to 8/9 sec up and I was pulling the same gap to API behind. Made a place passing FreQ in the pits...(stop n go?) then another as Dan's engine gave way in a thick plume of black smoke. I think everyone was taken a bit by suprise by the 'Bondai beach' temperatures....I think I will cancel next years Teneriffe trip and go Castle Donington instead....it's warmer Grats to the Aliens up front.

Thanks MJ. Glad you enjoyed it as much as I did. Didn't look back so didn't know it was you! Otherwise my nerve may not have held! Saw the 40mins run out and thought the flag was gonna come out a lap earlier so had to regroup and get my big butt out! Glad you thought I fought fairly! it was very close, so difficult trying not to run wide at all and then get on the power just that bit earlier than you! Wow that was close. Shame there was no rain! Sounds like we all did loads of work on that! but have to say I really enjoyed it. It's great for me to be a bit more competitive in the dry! Thanks everybody M.

Awesome!!! Qualified 2nd after Jeff took pole with a very impressive laptime, I couldn't answer to that 1:24.3 really Race start, I guess I had warmed tyres a bit more than Jeff and was attacking him hard, but never had a clear opportunity to try an overtake. Too consistant With 15 minutes into the race I thought he was soon gonna start his attack on pace but surprisingly I could keep myself less than 1 second behind him for the entire race. I even tried some different lines to bother him but I only found myself nearly losing it in the last corner as I tried to avoid him, luckily I did the whole hairpin drifting and kept the distance However in the last 3 laps my rears were starting to give up and I was having to correct the oversteer at the exit of the slow corners. But managed to finish less than a sec behind brilliant race Jeff really enjoyed that

No worries Mark, I seemed to be doing quite different lines and stuff than most people that right hander at the top of the hill seems a weak spot for me. Got spun again by Dave? exiting the hairpin when I got wobbly under power, and the following car had nowhere to go. I had a few good laps racing people, tried to get out of the way of the leaders as safely as I could mostly stayed on the track, that'll do for a start.

i may as well give up lol
i was doing 1:26's all day in mc12,then come the night ,i could barely manage a 1:29.
to cap it all i was getting pretty erratic fps hits for some reason. no idea at all why.
i thought i would give the viper a run as i did quite well it the aps league races, but it wasn't to be,as i realised all my good set-upsare on the other profile.doh!!!!!

Is Monza part of this mini championship or is it concluded? Monza will be non-championship (ie. non-scoring but permanently recorded) - otherwise everyone will take GT1s in order to score more points.

Yeah, just as I was looking for a good exit to try and pass into Goddards you suddenly turned across my nose - I don't think I caused the spin, though I may have reversed its direction...

Decided to take the dry setup, which was suitably stable in wet as well, though a bit slower. Tried to stay in touch with the 3 aliens in front and succeeded, more or less. I even saw Rusky's and Busi's cars for 20 whole minutes. Freq was having problems, small mistakes were piling up and enabled me to stay close and then closer. When he quit I had but to stay on track, as Dan was having a bad night. What happened Dan? You were comparably faster in training sessions. Was abusing Ford a bit and engine started to complain through numbers. Had to slow down a bit, fuel usage was a bit higher as well and I short-shifted for the last 10 minutes. TT
