This is gonna be tight, tighter, tightst. I just hope it all works out better than at Mondello. That was a mess. Because Peter didn't score any points in race 1, all I need to do now is finish every race in the top 3 to win the champiponship . He took my clean sheet in the TC65 class and must now pay

Great fun as usual with GTL and thought the track suited the cars very well. Am constantly amazed by how fast you can take T1 and still get away with it!!
Got a tap and spun about half way through but grabbed back the lost places evewntually and wnded up going 18 to 11. Fairly pleased with that. The racing is great these days, right through the field. No matter wher you qualify you know you're going to get a good race.
With the greater server capacity now and the healthy turn-out I think it's worth looking again at spreading the points further down the field. The discussion eventually died on its arse last time but the point is still very much valid.

B'ah what a disaster. ISP went down between 8.20 and 9.04, so missed all practise and qually sessions. Literallly joined just as the game announced 'next session' for the race. Didnt even have a setup for this track and had to use my mondello setup and hope for the best. Had a couple of laps getting to know the track at the start of the race, then gradually joined into a tussle with Jamera, Paul968 (what was you doing back there?) and Adam P. Sorry to Jamera for tapping you mate, your car was disapearing and reapearing ....at one point i drove right through what was i thought you dis-coing, only for you to appear about another 50 yards down the track Carried on and closing down Picnic, Dave G and one other with Paul chasing me hard, who then got by me cleanly in one of the turns. Just as i was looking forward to a good 4 way fight, i suffered some weird 1fps shite that made the car undriveable and i ended up all over the place, losing about 10 seconds to everyone. It did it again later in the race and scuppered any chance of enjoying the race :'( Must have been the ISP playing up again or bloody Norton doing some of its black magic Wasnt really worth me turning up....but i tried!

Bit of a boring race for me , i was hoping to be able to stay with Shark after the start but after two or three laps he was gone. Nearly Spun and TYf got past but i managed to drag my self up to him but then he spun which i was dissapointed with as it would have been a good battle. For the last 7 or 8 laps i had Greg130 a couple of seconds behind but i think he got caught up wth a lapper and dropped back a little. Great driving by everyone, Grats to the winners. Cheers

Qualified on pole, so I was pleased . Race all went well. I kept increasing the lead on Peter every lap and the car held pretty well during the whole race. Not much happened, not even Adam spinning infront of me....lol . There was some hairy moment with Locutos, because he wanted to make a fair move and let me pass, but I didn't expect that so I almost went off avoiding him . I don't know if I hit you Eddie. I was very close behind you before I overtook you, but when I looked behind you were a bit in the grass. I didn't experience an impact, but that could be the faulty impactphysics. If I did hit you, I'm sorry for that.

With the greater server capacity now and the healthy turn-out I think it's worth looking again at spreading the points further down the field. The discussion eventually died on its arse last time but the point is still very much valid.
The rolling ranking/ladder system which will replace Season 1ish when its over gives points to everyone, so the point [sic] will be moot then. That was a bit of a 'nearly' race for me. I nearly did some practice. The car was nearly undrivable despite the usual setup tweaks; massive understeer mid-corner, followed by massive power oversteer - most un-Cortinalike. Nearly had a good race with Picnic until a warped car took us both out. Nearly had a good race with Bernie Lomax until a pair of tank slappers (one each) ended that one. Eventually spun in frustration as Zacari lapped me, then nearly got mugged on the last lap by Eddie Meyer. Not sure if I'll be at next week's penultimate round as there's a works do in London which I may or may not attend (depending on who else goes ).

Paul968 (what was you doing back there?) I did the same as last week, joined at the very last minute with no practice or setup and no time to qual. Started at the back in twenty somethingth. Took several laps just to get on the pace and then started working my way forward. Has some great tussles with Adam, Mark, Picnic, Bernie, L.UKKGTL and Dave G to name a few. Got tapped from behind and lost a few places at one point, and when the leaders came round it was very confusing - no warning and right in the middle of the constant battle for the lower places. Finished 12th in the end, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Personally I would not choose to race at that track tho - too narrow and too few straights to make a pass safe. Turn 1 to 2 was the only real option for a pass. Paul

I believe I was also a victim of said warped car as I tried to avoid the spinning cars ahead of me and then the poxy game gave me a stop go for it , after that I became the mobile bus stop that a few people passed , lately I'm beginning to think I am crap at this, don't know why I'm bothering tbh, just another thing in my life that's F**KING me off , rant over , well done to all the other guys who had good races, at least I didn't ruin any of the leaders races.
