Alo gents, I know its been a while since I was active in anything and that might continue, 'cause I'm lucky.

Anyhoo, I've got little to no knowledge of AC, I tried joining the server a couple of times but keep getting a "Checksum failed, you have been kicked from the race" message. I presumes its me, so what am I doing wrong?...

Hi, Do you have the DLC pack?  I imagine it might be a content mis-match.

I'm not sure if the server is actually set to this combo for a start ??? Might still be set for the last race.

Just seen there has been another update to AC since Wednesday. I'm just about to update the server which should have been running this combination so fingers crossed Eck's checksum error is because of this.

Server updated and the checksum error I had has gone away.

Race: 20:45 (20 Laps, approx 30 mins)  ???

Shouldn't that be around 12/13 laps for 30 mins unless AC has speeded up since I last drove it  ;)

ok i have a problem with AC.

When i try and load a race on or offline all i get is a loading screen for a second and then back to the car / track selection.

I have removed it and reinstalled it but still the same. Any ideas??

really enjoyed that race. lots of exciting and close racing without any contact. I am really starting to enjoy racing these GT2's. you have to be so delicate to stop the tyres getting completely destroyed

hello,

this damage system in AC is realy a killer,
only a yellow aero damage i had, but i was more then 1sec. slower in laptimes now, and had only 253kmh top speed, without i had 258kmh,
way to sensible this AC damage system is, old games like GTR2, GTL did make this damage system more good,

the ferrari was great car for this spa track, grafic was great and sound too and after any practise i got used to this car again after much R3E racing in past weeks(months),

i am happy that i got no flat spot? (or what name is for red damaged tyre in damge picture) and FFB did not start to rattle rattle like mad, it only did start to make little rattle after middle of race, it is so difficulty to brake without ABS in this cars,

servus

My first race here for quite some time and not a good comeback for me.

Its good to be back see you soon :-)

I hope I wasn't the cause of Richards end of the race. :-\ Didn't feel any contact, though I might have gone a bit wide on corner entrance. That was the cause of sliding a bit due to unstability of the car under braking. I can't set the thing as I was able to in GTR2. So: not on purpose.

Later on I had a screen freeze for about 5 seconds. Only screen freeze, mind you cause the car was moving on. Felt when it went onto the sand and then into the wall.  >:( Seems like I'll have to manually shut down processes - wasn't there some kind of program to do this, I think I had it on XP.

Anyways, GT2s are fun. 8)

Didn't expect much from this race and qualifying dead last was no real surprise to me. However I was pleased I could keep up with H@L, Spanner and QS over the first lap and with others misfortune and these guys small mistakes I managed to make up places. Things got harder when we all closed in on srw but once I managed to make a pass stick I managed to pull away and finish in 4th. Pretty pleased with this position after the qualifying! Never was going to be close the the quick guys up front so did as well as could have hoped for.

At the half way stage it's nice to see Team Shark heading the team championship and Shark himself topping the individual standings ;D Although Berger's on a charge and I think will threaten this come end of season.
