They've released the weather schedule with more info coming over the weekend here

To replicate a similar weather file I can either knock you something up or you can download this and do it yourself.

To create the conditions you require open the program, click on new forcast, check Practice1 box with somewhere near the time your happy then create a weather file, click on export, open 'C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\GTR2\userdata\Log. Right click on the weather.txt and select properties, uncheck the read-only box then click apply. This weather file will now activate when you go into 'Open Practice' offline when the weather option is set to 'Changable'. This file will only work once then you have to go through it all again.
