Coming Soon folks  Smiley

ps I know the photo isn't a Lola but it represents Can_Am for my purposes  Wink

Hoping to start this in two weeks time 17th? (as there is an ACC race this coming week) but got a suspicion I am not about that week so it might get delayed a week. Undecided

I wasn’t thinking of assigning skins as that means extra admin and the turn outs don’t warrant it sadly.

I've advertised this on the Kunos site but will see if it attracts anyone. I'm always amazed that there are never enough sim racers looking for a decent league race or that historics racers dont migrate here looking for their racing fix. It would seem most opt for the pick up servers  Undecided

One thought on that, when I joined the site it wouldn't let me use a gmail address,  and wanted me to mess about sending an email to some admin to verify I wanted to join so they could create an account for me, and that's really off putting. Lucky for me I also have my own domain so I managed to create an account quickly with that and then later change the email to my gmail...

I know my friend Alex also had the same issue with it not allowing his main email and he also cheated with his work address or something.

The reason is this. It deters spammers from registering on this site.

Yeh I understand that, being involved with running other sites I really hate those censored guys for the amount of work and problems they create for anyone trying to run a legit site  Angry

I'm just saying it might be a bit off putting for some people who would consider signing up and racing here...

I would have thought you just set them up at the start and then don't touch the list again?

Fabri, would any of your old team mates be interested? I was thinking to pm jukka and a few others who aren't doing the rf2 seasons currently.
I also need to point a couple of GPL'ers this way to see if they can do Wednesdays.

Unfortunately my old teammate PorcoRosso has not time to racing, because of working hours. I've a new friend interested to racing, but he wants try only few races for moment.

I'm in contact with Jukka, last month I informed him about a possible new historical series. I don't know if he was interested, maybe not so much. In any case, I sent a PM to him, the other day, to inform about the Can Am series.

I don't think there will be good numbers even this time. Sad.
The players focused on historical cars in AC were always a minority, and they seem to shrink more and more, unfortunately. Who played to GPL, often, prefered continue with it, not moving to AC.
