It appears not, as nothing is coming through. If you start the game and goto Connect->Settings you will see some RaceCast options. The server should run under the same profile as the one you set the RaceCast option up on. Of course you can set it up at home, then transport that user to the server to avoid the requirement for DX.

Ok, that's setup now.
Seems to work. Could see and join the server from the RaceCast website and it showed drivers on etc.
