I guess the event could be a write-off. Server needed three restarts to play nice and froze on lap 16 of 35. Unfortunately no replay or standings were saved.

Spain? Alright for some... Speeds aren't the major variable for GPL - latency or ping, and packet loss, are key. On average 1Mb or greater should suffice, upstream needs to be at least 256Kbit. Latency should be no more than 100 or 200ms for the benefit of other racers. Packet loss needs to be minimal.

Replay will be uploaded tonight. My race was pleasantly surprising that I made the distance unscathed, and also quite lonely when others fought their way past. I generally have hated this place but I was getting into a good rhythm with the Brabham.

Bit the bullet and gave in. Vanwall at Zandvoort's interesting... after 10 laps or so testing brake fade, lines and stopping distances on the default setup got it down to 1:43.5. Not tried anything else yet but the Gordini sounds like fun!

Hit the Bergwerk sign on lap 2. Other than that, was doing OK. Hitting the sign further up the road near the hill did my right front.
