No worries about the tap Legzy, but next time lets make it a little less intense and "no tongues" please, as it disturbs my concentration.
Sorry if my Klingon Cloaking device was accidentally engaged. I was aware that warping was happening, but not quite sure if it was me or the server?? Although it improved as the race went on I had a totally random race order showing on my screen, with cars changing from leading to last place and then midfield???!!!??
With a 100mb Broadband connection I was not expecting any issues.
As for the lap 2 , T1 incident, I would like to put my own entirely objective and l version of events
regarding the crashfest your lordship.
When Mr Loynes, my esteemed team mate ( at least that is what he always claims to be) deliberately and without provocation m'lud, placed his rear wheels upon the immaculately manicured grass so that he could spin his tank of a Corvette around and harpoon the front end of my defenceless and entirely innocent Mustang.
A Mustang, incidentally, that had been orphaned at birth when its parents had been terminated by a software bug when he was only 3 months old and barely out of the showroom He was brought up by an ageing Ford Prefect in a tin garage in Doncaster and had then through dint of sheer hard work, got itself out of the slums and into University.
This outrageous manoeuvre was obviously intended to foreshorten not only my race but my life expectancytoo. It was only by utilising all my race craft and superior car control that damage was mitigated to a few bent suspension parts on my traumatised Mustang and furthermore prevent Mr Loynes' Corvette from being cut in half!
Not satisfied with attempting to inflict mortal wounds upon me he ( Mr Loynes) then persuaded other cars to beat up my now vulnerable car and I was propelled headlong into he armco!!
But, am I disheartened or downhearted? "No" I cry, for did I not finish the race despite Mr Loynes' unprovoked attack. Instead I wupped his ass for the rest of the race!! whilst allowing him the illusion of keeping pace with me.
