1.so what is the mos server name here to join for some online practise (non league)?
Our server has the title 'www.simracing.org.uk' you can see it in the lobby by selecting 'multi player' from the main game menu. You will need to have 'realism' set to 'professional' to see the server.
2.do you race with client or with ingame "join race"
Look for 'multi player' option in main game menu.
3.some years ago i heard rummours that GTR2 servers are full with cheaters, and that game is out of simrace leagues because of that, is it true or no?
I have seen cheaters in the past when GTR2 was more popular but, only on servers with no mods and no password. As far as I am aware, no league has stopped racing GTR2 because of the possibility to cheat. I have seen no evidence or even accusing of cheating in any GTR2 league race that I have ever done.
4.where i can get Lemans mod with Audi and Peugeot sportscars
Make sure you create multiple installs of GTR2 (copy and rename the GTR2 folder) if you want to use mods. Try not to have too many mods on the same install.

http://www.gtweb-live.com/site/and download their GT Web mod V2. The site is in French so you will need to use google translate unless you know French. This mod has a good selection of LMP1, LMP2 and GT1 cars.
