Notes:
(1) It's best if all drivers can make sure they are connected before the Qualifying session as drivers on track during qualifying will not see cars that join after they are on track until they go back to the garage.
(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules.
(3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read
Autopit="0"
Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off
No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car
If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable.

Special Notes: None

IMPORTANT

At this track, even after the recent fuel tank update, the Porsche will require a pit stop for fuel.

However, it is easily the fastest car at this circuit.

Your choice

Lol, it was pretty quick at Vallelunga, not that it did me much good......Will be a rocketship here if you can get it to corner and keep it going forward....

Will the Pantera need a stop Tony? Just made it around in a smidge under 1.30....

I couldn't do better than this, I already knew before the race that if Daz chose the De Tomaso it was almost impossible to stay ahead of him. Also I had to replace my T300 steering wheel with a G923 which has a heavier FFB and I had little time to set FFB so with 10 laps to go I had tired arms (http://www.vocinelweb.it/faccine/sport/31.gif) and my poor left arm (the invalid one) was begging for mercy and I had to give up keeping the pace below 1:30 which Daz was getting easily .....  The first 8 laps my main problem was Clive with his Porsche, we had a close battle, he was a missile on the straights but he was slow in the corners, especially in the last chicane, we kissed  :-*  a couple of times and I lost the hope of staying glued to the rear of Daz, after I got rid of Clive thanks to the difficulties of his Porsche (http://www.vocinelweb.it/faccine/mad/pag2/33.gif) , I had a gap of about 8.5 seconds from Daz and lapping with the same times it was impossible to recover, I could only hope he did some mistakes. Without Clive's presence I think Daz and I would have had a very close race and I could have put more pressure but I certainly couldn't have passed him, De Tomaso was faster on the straights than BMW.
The only regret I have is the missed battle with Daz as happened the Wednesday before with the Ford Escort. Oh well for one reason or another ...(http://www.vocinelweb.it/faccine/mad/pag4/33.gif)

Not quite sure what has happened to my position Tony. At the end, my board was showing as 3rd place but DNF? and yet I got the "race finished" notification?
I suspect that it is all around picking up a Track Limits SnG on my last running lap? I was just about on the limit for fuel starting lap33 and trying to drive really frugally, but the setup required plenty of gas to force the Porker to actually turn in. The Track Limit was for getting sideways onto Hangar Straight and venturing onto the grass approx 100mtrs after the corner on the inside?? It did seem a little harsh but I guess it was the same for everyone?
So, I pulled into the pits for my SnG and duly served it, as I pulled away from the pit box the race ended  ???.

Sorry for hindering Ziu in the early laps but as he says, the Porsche is a rocket ship on the straights and is allergic to corners  :-\ I had played with the setup during practice/qually and had found something that was just about driveable. After a few laps on race fuel I noticed that it was offering me 32 laps..... Hmmmm? I wondered if I could avoid a pitstop by lengthening the gears and played with the ratios a little and where, and when, I up shifted. Just before the start I was getting a promise of 34.8 laps  ;D
The battle with Ziu had used up more gas than was ideal, but after Ziu's last nudge the handling changed a little and the car felt even more reluctant to take right hand corners, so I eased off a little and focused on smooth laps saving fuel. With 3 laps to go and a 30 second lead over 4th place,  I started short shifting and coasting into corners, just to be sure of getting to the flag.
With 2 laps to go I had eaked out the fuel to leave enough for 2.8 laps and was feeling rather chuffed with myself until I got to Chapel and things got a little out of control eventually sending me onto the grass.
Pleased to have used up one of the Porker drives as it certainly is a handful.
