What cars in particular were you alluding to Legz?
I don't know but if it helps, below is the old 'car values table' used in our popular (
) "Legzy Token's" series.
If you remember the cars were aimed at being balanced over a range of tracks & the best cars cost more tokens (i.e. the GT40 Gulf was fast & the Healey was not!).
It's not as simple as this, but basically, if you look at cars of the same value or one/two appart, they'll probably be
relatively balanced on an "average" track.
But enough nostalgia, I've tried to highlight the cars I don't think we've used in PnG3 yet:

That list is definately not inclusive of all the cars, but it's a fair coverage.
Appologies as I'm sure I'll have highlighted a couple I didn't realise have been available at some point.
But I'd say you've probably got the makings of three races there with hopefully not too much effort:
Cars valued 8 & 9 (basically yellow+)
Cars values 5 7 6 (basically orange+)
Cars valued 2 & 3 (basically green+)
