Sadly not as I'm a bit thick, that's why I'm slow driving too What are the 3 GT2 cars mentioned in the other topic? I can see a BWM M3 GT2 and a Ferrari 458 GT2 but not a 3rd one. You are "special" Pete . The Corvette is the 3rd one.

Not just you, I think it is normal. Sounds counter intuitive, for a GT2 to be slower than a GT3, but that's how they are. Think it is the difference in aero and tyres or something. Tried all 3 cars, and they are a lot more equal than the GT3's were, not just by laptime, but also straight line speed. Liked the fast they don't have ABS, that will make outbraking a lot more interesting.

They're actually slower if I remember reading correctly.. The difference in tyres is huge though. Much better grip all around and the softer compounds can last more then the 2 laps the GT3 softs last I tested the GT2 quite abit prior the V10 tyres and I usually found the Corvette was slightly faster, with the Ferrari and BMW tied. Which makes sense since they're an older model. Edit; seems it still the same looking at your laptimes

Not even a second slower and actually easier to drive, due to the grippy tyres. Only thing harder, is the lack of ABS.

I really liked the lack of ABS. Made braking really fun and challenging.
When I select GT2 cars in AC,mit gives me a 4th car. I think it's the P4 thing. Is that right? Also, are there any decent mods to add more cars, like the Bentley for GT3?

They just dont feel as quick. Certainly better tyres but are they carbon brakes? how well are they modelled, temperature buiuld up. The lack of ABS does make it tricky, but i guess they brakes are also more powerful with it. To stop the locking up i end up just trying to carry more speed in the corner anyway, not braking as much!

Can we get a thread up for the GT2 race, 33 laps (around an hour)? For you maybe Jeff, but we dont all drive as well as you!
I compared my GT2 time with my GT3 time, which differt a second. Doesn't matter who does the comparison, I guess your times will also differ around that.
