I had mine set at around 250MB which gave close to half the race. To get the whole race you'll have to go for the 500MB max on the slider. Replay sizes are ridiculous compared to other sims, hopefully things are going to change. Fortunately I have plenty of space, but I am being very picky about what I keep.

I guess replays aren't for reviewing racing incidents but for producing flash videos  Undecided

I've mine set on max 500MB in AC and I set the replay.ini on 5000 in C:\Users\....\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg just in case it works. Biggest replay file is 433MB with a race on Monza66 with the Lotus 49 and a total of 25 cars in the game for 5 laps. So it takes a toll on your hdd.
