I qualified in the time I expected, again like the endurance slightly off my PB, but couldn't really ask for more. Was a dull race for me as I raced no-one at all until just under 3 minutes to go when JonM saw I had been lonely and kindly spun for me to let me by. We then had a good scrap for the last 2 laps and I just cocked up into the braking on the back straight to let JonM back through. Onto my most loathed track that is the awful Monza. Well done to Mo for the win and TT and Jon for the podiums.

I love the thrill of hearing a Porsche engine in my right ear I made a mistake before s-f line and there was just no way I could not let you pass with that speed difference. I thought we raced much closer through the corner, but on the replay I saw that there was plenty of space.

Good pace Mo and good job, setting new records very nice.
Had a good qualy in 6th but then race setup was not so good. Tried soft front, medium rear without prior testing. Was ok but not so great balance .. does anyone else use this combo?
CJ has already won and only needed five races, way to go good job. Feel like i'm getting to grips with F360 towards the end of the season, very squirmy car but stable.

Think you've got the wrong driver SBG, I'm pretty sure I didn't race in this one. LOL . I was so bloody slow that I'll still be there to greet you for GT race. Sorry to one of your fellow Shark hoot toot's, I think.

Nope, softs never last for 40 mins (or 15 mins for me!), having different tyre combo on front/back makes cars feel very odd to me.

Yep, towards last five laps fronts were worn but leading up to that seemed ok.. was practicing one night with Andy and CJ and they both used soft front medium rear combo on 996. I don't think there's much in it tbh but they do require totally different setups for sure cause the mediums need srubbing and softs don't so much.

Hadnt done much practice at estoril and it took a few laps / mistakes to re-learn how to drive round it. Had Dan Minton chasing fairly close behind for the first half. Went from 12th to 6th, Big pile up at T4 with Pedro, RichA and Popabawa i think helped me gain some of those places D Minton kept pushing and eventually he rounded me up when i went drifting thru the corner after the bumpy part. Controlled the slide but could keep him behind, Good driving m8 2 mistakes put me back to 10th. Near the end i made up few places when Minton and Grimsonat where arm wrestling down sf/straight and went over the top. I used Med/Hards which seemed ok and pleased i finished at estoril.

That was a tough race, I was under pressure for almost all of it! A new PB in qualifying, I finally broke the 1:41 barrier but it was still only good enough for 9th! I drove pretty well for the first 10 mins and I think I was up into 5th or 6th when Dan Minton and Grinsomat slipped past me when I bumped into Pedro during the Turn 5 incident. Sorry, I just couldn't slow down and turn inside you in time to avoid contact. It all went a bit wrong after that as I seemed to lose pace and RS and Mark@GP both passed me to drop me back into 9th but I picked one back when Dan went off right at the end. There was definately a little contact between me and RS on a couple of occasions as he tried to pass me but I think it was me who was at fault so apologies there if I did anything untoward RS I think I must have been running more wing than the other guys around me as I seemed to get eaten on the straights. Quite pleased with 8th in the end, that's an OK result for me in this series. I'm really disappointed to be so far down the table but that only because the opposition is so good and it's a pleasure running against you guys

Well that was a great race for me in terms of consistency. Felt Oschers was getting better and this time only had 1 off and a couple of grass visits (taking the corners too wide), resulting in me finishing my first ever race without being lapped, which is progress for me!! It took so much concentration that by the end of it I was literally soaking wet! Congrats to fellow Kerbie, Mo, on a good win, and thanks to fellow Kerbie, SBG, for that spin which gained me an extra p[lace with 2 laps to go . I think thats called being unselfish by boosting your teamies confidence! Cheers Rob

No worries Rob, I was unselfishly boosting everyones confidence last night . Bang on, your consistency killed me and there was a nice KC 911 threesome for a bit, even if Mo was a lap ahead. I think pops, the Alex Ferguson of NGL, completely scambled me with his clever mind games. Heres to a better performance at Monza and another (yawn) team victory over the Sharks .
