Thanks Tony.
Just done a cautious 9:25 lap, and I can't find a shortcut in this nords - nords variant, so I have set qual to 22 mins to make sure everyone gets at least one lap in.

Matt, just a thought but could we do away with qualy all together? Would mean more race laps maybe?

I have set the practice to 20mins, and left the qual at 22mins, so timings work out something closer to our normal events. Not sure how many will turn up for this, so people might want a qual, otherwise treat it as an extension of Prac

Good fun but a little lonely at the back. Also found the daylight a bit sparse which made the track difficult for me to see in some places. Hope there's a chance to race these little cars again sometime.

Really enjoyed my race here tonight, with Ant and Dieter coming from the back and Eck making a mistake we had a classic 4 way battle for awhile. Even after Ant left it was still nip and tuck all the way basically for all 5 laps. Great fun

Enjoyed that one Was not quite on the pace of the leaders, but kept seeing someone in front when one made an error, looked very close for 2nd to 5th. Might try this place again, as I do like it, and it is a "gentler" version than GTL or GTR2 editions but perhaps with some faster cars, not Gr5 or GTO beasties. Maybe DTM92 or Touring Classics? Why did you quit Ant? I had turned off damage and cut tracks as people often go off here, and getting a slow down because you had bent something off road would be too much hardship with a small field INHO

Can we do that every week? As already said, an excellent multi-car fight for much of the race, and with us being so close on pace it just came down to who would make the fewest mistakes.. I managed to get ahead of the group, then started to lose rear grip on the last lap - Eck timed his run nicely, slipstreaming me on the run in to the finish. Great fun! Congrats GT, and apology to Matt for lap 1 - you went off at Miss-Hit-Miss and I took my chance to go past going down the hill, but I probably squeezed you too much there and should have been a bit more cautious at what is the most dangerous part of the track.. Sorry for that.

That was excellent fun Threading the little car through all that greenery while trying to maintain momentum was a great challenge. Reminded me of some GTL races on those long forgotten tracks.

Sorry for dropping out, I was exhausted and really was not focused on the track. But please I didn't mean to offend anyone.
