(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. Special Notes: None.

My first time at this circuit. As there are no lap records above, I'm wondering how my 2.06's compare with other drivers, if they want to share their times

I'm in Bimmer too, and wouldn't mind seeing how you can be that much quicker.. Cheers, Erling

I haven't practiced much, but still puzzled I am that much slower. Can probably improve my times a little, but knocking 8 secs off seems very unlikely. Wonder if we're on the same track.. Cheers, Erling

It's normally me who is about 8 secs behind everyone else, Erling.
I'm also amazed that I did it in the Datsun and only chose this car because I was having trouble controlling the others.
Will check out your hotlap this evening Jose, thanks.
Edit - ....also braking before the line.

Looks like you're cutting corners some more, and have much more grip at braking and cornering. Have fiddled with setup, but best I can manage is 2:08.6, so quite impressed with your speed Cheers, Erling
