Do we now the weather situ for this weekend, I believe we will emulate the real weather at Spa for this race. So has a decision been made yet?
Weather: Will be decided just before the race based on real-world weather. (It is literally checked moments before the server is fired up)

You can look at the predicted weather to get an idea of what it might be doing on Sunday using the weather links provided here... https://www.simracing.org.uk/index.php?ind=lm2&circuit=6

I for myself, and I think the RSms team can`t wait for the final one ! really looking forward to this event ! we were even practicing for this one ( what didn`t make us faster, but we had a lot of fun ) So we were searching for the limit, most of the time we were over the top of it ! here are some scenes from our practice. 40 MB for 5 mins of GTR 1 action, what I will miss even if there is GTR2 ! http://www.megaupload.com/?d=I1QP8EFV

Does anyone know where else i can download the 1.5 car pack from? I think there might be an error with the copy in the downloads section because i keep getting errors when trying to extract the files.

Just installed GTR manager and it still wont let me install the files. I've also tried extracting the files with WinZip and WinRAR but both come up with an error 'unexpected end or archive' message. If i cant get this to work will i still be able to race without the carpack? If not can someone please make there working copy of the carpack available for download?

I think I'm going to bail too, too much hassle to install GTR, install patches, install car packs etc. Also I'd have to re-read the rules. I'd also not get back till like 1am or something. Might just have a few round Bathurst instead. Hopefully the GRC serv is still jumping

Well I really enjoyed the race, especially the beginning. I had a battle with Kitkat which was great. It went on for 13 laps, just so intense but no real chance to pass. Unfortunately Kitkat slid off then I thought It would be plain sailing to the finish line but with 3-4 laps to go I just lost the back end putting the power down a bit too early. Pitted in for repairs and thought I'd try and smash the lap record but then I lost it on the out lap of that Then came the flames of doom Race over but enjoyed that early battle. Great stuff all round. The guys in the NGT's did a great job to let us by when I was lapping Great job boys. Greats to Ruskus and RS on their victories. Well deserved boys.

Replay and Provisional Results available for all to see I'm knackered after that, but somehow I think GTR2 endurance will be at least as hard! Congrats to the winners. GTR is dead, long live GTR
