(2) Please make sure you are fully aware of the SimRacing.org.uk Rules. (3) The AI control should be turned off so that you have control of the car at all times, including pitting. Your player file should therefore read Autopit="0" Force Autopit Off="1" // Forces autopit always off No AI Control="1" // AI never has control over car If you still finding pitting problematic, experience tells us that its less to do with positioning and more to do with approach speed. A slow approach to pit crew chief has proved most reliable. Special Notes: None.

Hi Tony, Probably a really stupid question, but.....
"Drivers are reminded that they are restricted to ONE drive per make."
There are 5 "makes" (Ferrari, Jaguar, Maserarti, Aston Martin & Mercedes).
But there are 6 races...
Are the 2 Ferrari's considered considered separate choices?
Thanks in advance
TTFN John.

Aha, Doh! Ok, So Ferrari's are separate choices but the Maserati is a 1 off drive (Either 4.5L or 5.7L). Got it thanks. TTFN John.

From the track's read-me file
you must drive the pit lane fully, to the pit exit lights. And not just drive straight out
Speed limit is approx 50 Km/h

All the same but the Mercedes is new so you will need to download that one.

What a great season opener!
Yes enjoyable but DBR2 brakes not powerful enough to hold full throttle, so stop and go! New PBs all around, pit stops both went without problems. Over cooked it on cold tyres touched Armco flipped over it and ended up jammed between Armco and crowd, couldn't go forward so tried to reverse and find a way onto track, result a DQ! :'(

Totally crazy car. It was a challenge. I had never driven this beast. I just shot some laps with him an hour before the race. Luckily I know the track very well, as it is one of my favorites. Happy with the qualy lap. A shame the Ati touch in the first corner. Don't worry Ati.. its race :-) I think there could be fighting for the win with Clive. But it was fun trying gain positions. Finally 2nd and our GTLDK Team leader a category !!! Grats Clive for a totally deserved win and Jeep for the 3rd place.... and all finishers! Cheers! Results
