@wheels: All my setups on one of my systems is zipped here: http://www.matt-rowe.co.uk/comp/PGfiles/Settings.zipErr actually this zip has ony a few setups in it, as it's an old backup, I will add the more complete version later. Have you created a user in the initial menu of PG? if so Your directory structure should look something like these shots:

@wheels Are you using win vista, 7 ... if "yes" ... ...is p&g installed in c:program files (or program files x86) and you are not starting game "as administrator" ... If everything is "yes" than your "user data" folder is not located in game root. It is in c:program data\gtr2 (or p&g3) something like that. Fastest way would be (i think) to open content ( png3 folder than right button click on gtr2.exe, "compatibility" than, at the bottom check "run this program as administrator" ... after that run the game and create new profile which should be saved in game root ... otherwise you could face privilege problems if you try to change something in profile stored in "program data" ... ...or cut whole p&g3 folder from "program files" and place it somewhere else for example in c root like Matt have than create new profile. Darn this is faster way ...

Chortle... I am taking Eric (the 106) up to Kames circuit in Muirkirk south of Glasgow this weekend, narrow little track, but great fun.. Went there last year with the S2000 and had a great time This time I am up against the 2013 Scottish sprint champion in his Corsa, I won't win, but I might worry him a bit with luck Bent the Honda last weekend at 3 Sisters, mostly just panels, but new front wing and drivers door, plus a load of bits, I seem to be making a habit of bending the poor thing....this is the run before I went off and spun over the finish into the tyre wall. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC1vrI8jeQ8

Looks wider than that from my Rotax.
Anyway, back to Bridgehampton.
I was jogging along nicely in 4th spot (just about keeping frex in sight) when the announcement that Evil had left distracted me as I entered the Spoon Curve.
This ended up with my putting a wheel on the sand and spinning. That let Stig past and shortly after that Ed started to loom a bit, as he had done earlier in the race. On that occasion he then vanished but this time he frightened me into an error at T1 and had an easy pass. Grrrrrr! When someone comes up behind at a point where passing is tantamount to suicide I never quite know what to expect and the result was that I ran wide at on the exit.
He went on to harass Stig, who I found by the wayside some laps later. my 4th place was restored when Ed attacked the scenery in the last few laps and retired.
It seems that what I need to keep my bum in a decent car for this series is a nice long DIY project!

That was eventful race but not in a way i would like. Decent start than two contacts in next two corners. Steering wheel was not in centre any more but, other than that, no problems with car ... no incident report because first contact was no damage done and second was unfortunate and driver waited for me to rejoin ... And than annoying part - every time when i catch someone and even pass him, i made mistake and went for a snake hunt. Long time since i had that much unforced errors ... Last straw was stop and go penalty for cutting track in last lap Really Modest grid last night? Wonder why. It was really great combo - great job as usual Matt. @Clive - this is not my first language so I`m having difficulties to understand that part about me - did I do something wrong?

An unexpected podium for me but didn't enjoy it much.. An incident up ahead at T2 led to Ed going off and a car slowing to wait, leaving me nowhere to go except into the back of him. Not a good start, although despite the suspension damage it didn't seem to affect the car very much (it continued to handle like the same shed it had been before the contact). Built up a bit of a gap to Clive/Postal behind, then from lap 5 i slowed to make sure not to bin it. Ed was closing on me in the second half but not fast enough to reach me before the finish, then he went off anyway. Geoff and Federico were miles ahead in front, congrats to them. Glad to get that one out of the way; bring back the rollerskates for next week..

Absolutely nothing at all mate! The problem was all mine. I had seen you have a good qually and then drop to the back of the field after two corners. I imagined that you "could" be madder than a rattle snake on a hot tin roof and so I was approaching T1 with one eye in the mirror to see what you were up to. You were being very sensible but by the time that I knew this I had already missed my turn-in for T1. My fault entirely. Good racing and very good English too.

It might be a good race but unfortunately it was not so After the start Ed have a problems with another driver at T1 and goes off, I go inside but Ed wants to go back too and we touch lightly on the side...sorry Ed I left everything else but Frex, even if he had the time to brake and change course, comes along with wheels locked and dab violent, irreparably damaging my car :'( I tried to make the pit for repair but after a couple of minutes I still decided to retire. See you at the next race

... After the start Ed have a problems with another driver at T1 and goes off, I go inside but Ed wants to go back too and we touch lightly on the side...sorry Ed ... No problem Giuseppe ... yes I lost momentum after paint exchange with Fede but I thought that I left enough space on the inside. In normal circumstances it would be enough but not right after start when you just can`t back off because of angry mustangs behind you - recipe for mayhem ... @Clive Thank You. My problem was with word "loom" ... when I stuck with word absent from my vocabulary, I`m brave enough (ok, dumb, naive ...) to use google translator. And translation was ... eeeh ... giving next sentence completely different meaning - similar to problems with connection which I had at the beginnig of the year so sensible thing to do would be to hit "esc" ... About last sentence - tasted same medicine with Postal behind me. He did nothing wrong except being too close for my comfort.

Always enjoy this track even though it can punish you big time if you stray off the black stuff. Had a good start & jumped into the lead opening up a couple of seconds on the first lap. Federico had been much quicker in qually & when he got into 2nd place I expected my lead to be short lived. To my surprise I was able to keep the gap pretty constant for the first 10 laps without pushing too hard & risking a big mistake. Unfortunately I then made an error at T1, braking a touch too late & not hard enough & just drifted onto the sand. Somehow I got it back on the track without spinning but my 2s lead was now down to nothing. Had 3 or 4 laps dicing with Federico for the lead which swapped a couple of times, but my tyres were going off & I could not keep pace with him when he finally got ahead. So had to settle for 2nd. Congrats to Federico & Frex in 3rd. Looks like I'll be in the slower car next time.
